Magnetic Theft would be great if Sword of Feast and Famine is on the field and you need to get it through unblocked. You could magnetic theft after blockers are assigned to put the sword on an unblocked creature, I believe.
@ISB - Oh yes, definitely. I wouldn't use Angus for the flash deck I was talking about. That would be Blue/Green only and would probably feature Momir Vig, Simic Visionary as the commander. For this Angus deck, the plan is as you said; use Angus and Fog effects to stave off death while building deterrents to keep me from being attacked (such as Propaganda, Ghostly Prison, Windborn Muse, etc.). So for this deck, are there any combos that you would suggest? I saw one that uses Tooth and Nail + Eternal Witness + Palinchron + Deadeye Navigator. That's kind of a lot of cards, but I guess it gives infinite mana and it wouldn't be hard to pull off if you get Tooth and Nail. I really like some of Donald's combos, so I'll be looking at ways to fit those in.
@Rachmiel - I did not know that Energy Field existed. It is beautiful. Yes, I'll definitely be finding a spot for that!
@Mojo - I agree that the 1 shot fogs tend to be less effective. They're meant to keep me alive while I get a big ol' pillow fort set up. Excellent suggestions, though, particularly Life From the Loam and the one spell per turn suggestions!
Thanks everyone for your suggestions and ideas. I'll be working on applying some of the suggestions to this deck over the weekend. I'll post an update when I have it figured out!
@Honor - Thanks for the suggestions! Angus was a bit out of my price range too, but I found one in decent condition on ebay for $35. That's a lot for a card, but I really wanted it. Sorry about listing Emrakul, he can be replaced with Kozilek or Ulamog. We play no holds barred commander, so sometimes my decks have crazy things in them.
@Donald & ISB - As usual, good advice! I've got some things to think about. ISB, another deck idea I had recently was doing Flash stuff. Using things like Vedalken Orrery and Seedborn Muse, or just Prophet of Kruphix and draw engines like Recycle or Mind Unbound it would be almost like taking a turn every time your opponents take a turn. The problem I'm having with that idea is what to back it up with. Big creatures? Combo? Some kind of control? I dunno.
I've been contemplating a verison of turbofog/pillow-fort for some time now, and have come up with the following deck. I've cut A LOT of cards, and trimmed out several concepts as well. I'll include a list of cut cards in the spoiler section, as there may be some there that people would recommend swapping out. This is intended to be a COMPETETIVE DECK, so any suggestions are appreciated!
NO TOUCHIES!
Gameplan of the Deck
The plan with this deck is to keep from taking damage for as long as possible while setting up a "pillow fort" to hide behind. Once that's done, you should be able to wait out your opponents as they deck themselves. You can also work toward decking yourself if you can keep a laboratory maniac on the field.
You might enjoy this deck if:
-You enjoy long, long games.
-You like to be able to win without your commander.
-You like to frustrate your friends.
-You like drawing lots of cards.
-You enjoy shenanigans.
You probably won't like this deck if:
-You like to attack.
-You enjoy lots of creatures.
-You prefer shorter games.
-You think decking someone is a cheap win condition.
I'm sure there are other synergies that I haven't listed. Any suggestions are welcome!
Weaknesses
If the opponent is running any of the kings (the big Eldrazi), they might be able to roll their deck over. Other weaknesses would include direct damage. There are shields for that, but if you can't get one out, you could be cooked. The deck should stand up pretty well against aggro, as instant speed fogs are cheap. Token decks shouldn't be able to swarm once the fort is up, as it will be too expensive to pay for their creatures to attack.
Transformers! Well, sort of... I've wanted to try a deck that focuses on changing things for quite some time. Cards like Turn to Frog and Snakeform seem like a lot of fun. This deck is not intended to be competitive; rather, it's meant to be fun, and it begins and ends there. If there's a way to win with it, so much the better. I'm interested in any constructive criticism for this deck, including victory conditions or other cards that transform things. I could throw in some cards with the Transform ability, I suppose...
Gameplan of the Deck
Have fun! This deck is really just meant to be fun and mischevious. It's fun to turn Kalia of the Vast into a tree, for example!

I believe Vanilla means, and someone can correct me if I'm wrong, that a creature has no abilities. Craw Wurm or Grizzly Bears are examples of Vanilla cards.
Ah, thank you SoulSavage, I did have that ruling wrong. I was under the impression that any damage from a commander counted, and since it is the creature that's dealing the damage with Pandemonium and Warstorm Surge, I thought that would do the trick. Still, cast Thromok big enough, and he could kill someone upon entering play. It only takes seven other creatures on the board... I like Fires of Yavimaya, and Fervor is good since it only requires one red. I'll have to play the deck a few times and see if I need more haste granting things.
@Liquid - LOL, ok, that's descriptive. I'll see about finding her a spot. Conspire could be truly nast in this deck.
@Donald, I'm a little slow on the uptake sometimes when it comes to combos; not to mention that I was not playing magic during the lorwyn block, so I'm not up on all those rules. How does the Kiki + Skirk or Lightning Crafter work?
Hoboking, I've been looking at making a Thromok deck, and have it posted here: http://forums.mtgsalvation.com/showthread.php?t=443373
We should collaborate! I think Thromok could be a very fun commander, but definitely for the casual side; not for truly competetive play. I took quite a few of nurse.jason's suggestions. Take a look! I'd like to get your feedback.

Combo's and Synergies
Not a lot here, but I'm happy for any ideas.
Praetor's Counsel or Wheel of Sun and Moon or Tamiyo, the Moon Sage - Keep me cycling cards so that I'm able to transform things over and over and over...
Enchanted Evening and Tranquility for a complete board wipe.
Enchanted Evening and Aura Mutation to destroy any card on the board, including land.
Opalescence and Vesuvan Doppleganger or Clone etc. to copy any enchantment you like.
Opalescence and Enchanted Evening this would wipe out all lands...
Ixidron and Opalescence and Enchanted Evening this could be a wincon.
Like I mentioned, this deck is meant above all to be fun, but any constructive criticism is certainly welcome!
