It don't.
X-Spells don't get along with Rebound. X-spells are treated as 0 as it has no memory on the rebound trigger when you cast a second time.
Overload and Rebound don't get along. Alternate costs.
It does work with kicker, barring X-spells of course. Like if you rebounded a Urza's Rage you could still pay 8R when rebound takes affect to get the kicker effect.
Ah, oh well. I still think she will be a nice addition to my Hanna deck. The +1 will work well with my extremely low creature count and the pillow fort will let me get her to ultimate.
I definitely will NOT be looking forward to facing Narset the planeswalker in a Narset EDH deck with extra turn spells. Scoop on that.
In other news... I'm about morphed out. Was never really my thing before, and with the newest iteration, megamorph, we seem to be flooded with face down creatures.
Good News, Everyone! I have decided to build 4 decks ($25/deck).
Ideas: UR Jhoira: phat spells and creatures (as stated above) G/GR monsters (perhaps Xenagos, God of Revels?) or Ruric Thar ... U Talrand (as stated above) - bounce, counters, copy, cantrips UWBMerieke List listed above R Krenko ..... kiki-jiki too $$$
Number two, you can't go overboard jamming slivers in the deck. The best sliver decks only run 12-15 creatures and they aren't all slivers necessarily. The rest of the deck is tutors, card draw and control.
I could definitely agree that you should not go overboard by "jamming slivers" into the deck. That is why my Sliver EDH deck only has 20 slivers (most decks "jam" as many slivers as they can), but I also run 18 utility guys (non-slivers). A lot more dudes than the 12-15 bigbearlyke suggested, but, since a lot of them are utility, there is still plenty of tutors, draw and control.
Nothing here is more then a $5 card so they are so easy to get one.

Here is a peek at the creatures I run with Queen. Hopefully this helps ya. Toolbox Slivers
Dormant Sliver
You realize this stops your slivers from being able to attack right?
This trick lets you build your slivers out and not have your opponents kill you outright. Most time my opponents in a multi-player came lose focus and center in on other players at the table letting me get to
Quilled Sliver - will make your opponents think about attacking you
The main thing I had to learn about playing my sliver deck was it never has the same win condition. I mix it up and let the game I am in determine which sliver needs to be on board for that particular game
Great answer... seems like your deck is very similar to mine!
To answer your first question... if you like slivers, then yes, definitely build a deck! Your most expensive pieces will be the Queen, Legion and your mana base.
Second, I will second your fear of having Overlord as commander. If your meta runs a lot of clone and control magic, then you will lose your entire board if your commander falls into the wrong hands. Not only that, but most sliver decks run overlord. Let's do something different!
I am working on a Sliver Queen article and decklist, but it is still a few weeks away from being published. I can share with you that I run Sliver Queen and built around her token producing ability. With the tokens I either take advantage of the enters the battlefield ability or use them as a swarm to overrun opponents. I also run heavy on Simic... Green for Ramp/Mana Fixing and Blue for card draw and counters to protect my board.

Hi all! Took me a bit to dig this thread up. Any chance we could sticky it?
Anyway... Taking a stab at self promotion... here we go.
I write for MTGCasualPlay.com. We are a small group of amateur, misfit writers. We released three articles this week...
Tiny Leaders! I'm With ya (by Myself)
Goblin Matron - Uncommon Sense (by Tom Dawson)
and Attacking Left (Kuchisama written for multiplayer, but the format can be transferred to Commander)
I am also still working on a new website, MagicEDH.com. On this site I have included links to Commander/EDH articles (in a very similar fashion to the RADAR page here on MTGSalvation.com): MagicEDH.com.
If you are a small blog or website with an RSS feed and want links to your commander articles added, let me know and I'll get ya in there. (Who doesn't want free links and traffic to their articles, right? )
Hopefully I'm not out-of-bounds on my self promotion... have a great weekend everybody!
I made a Surrak deck with the premise of being "Anti-Control Control" while beating down folks with big dudes. You have Green and Red's anti-control, along with Blue for... well, counterspells, blue creatures, utility, card draw, the whole nine yards.
I really wish people would play Surrak more, not even for his "no counter" abilities, but for a Flash 6/6 with Trample to your team.
Decklist???
I second this. Surrak lets you run big dumb beaters and protect your boardstate by fighting fire with fire (or should I say counter with counter). I am currently piecing together a Surrak list to play when the Islands start to overwhelm the board.
However, if you choose to go with Purphoros, I recommend a peak at the list in my signature. Its been fairly successful so far. Most important in a blue meta is getting a Cavern of Souls online to protect Purphy from being countered or tucked. Ricochet Trap and the like are also a necessity.
Created a mono blue standard artifact deck, just for fun. Took it against a Grand Prix winner - Jeskai Wins. Didn't fare as well as I would have liked, but I thought I would share my decklist and our VERSUS video with you.
Hi all! I'm not one for dumping a ton of money into Standard since I am more of a casual commander player. However, I have some friends that want to do a few standard matches so I was thinking mono color was the route to go. After I posted my deck list for mono blue artifacts on tappedout.net/reddit, I was referred here because our lists were similar. Here is my list that I will be playing very soon.
Hi all! What are your thoughts on Kheru Bloodsucker. His drain life effect could be relevant when abusing Kokusho. The Kheru Bloodsucker can also serve as a sac outlet. Thoughts? Too conditional?
In other news... I had Braids in my build, but didn't have Smokestack. I will either swap one out for the other or find some other fun shenanigans.
Not I. I think Dromoka serves better as part of Sigarda's 99. At least, that's what I will be doing. I dig it! Great card!

Awesome! Good luck to ya!
Just remembered, that was my $25 MTGO deck. The trials of getting old, I tell ya.
My Purphoros Tokens deck was probably the cheapest deck to build and cost me right around $25. It's fun, competitive and draws a ton of hate.
My link in sig has my $25 Budget list along with my current upgraded list.
Good luck!

Bookmarked this and will read soon!
I sure do. With Dormant Sliver, the Queen becomes Tap 2 - Draw a Card. Or, tap 1 Draw a card with Training Grounds
When my belly is full from all of the cards I draw, I prepare for combat by using one of these guys to sacrifice my Dormant Sliver:
