I've put a immeasurable amount of time into creating my Azusa thread and working towards it becoming a primer in the commander forums, and now half of the formatting in the original post is completely destroyed.
So with Sylvan Primordial getting banned, a slot has opened up. There are a few cards that I've wanted to slot into the deck that I have to decide from. Primeval Bounty and Garruk, Caller of Beasts are the two main choices, although I'm still trying to obtain either foils.
Just a heads up, I'm back from my holiday vacation and putting up new vids! I'm going to be playing with the precons for the next couple week, starting with Eternal Bargain.
Also, if there are any other youtube channels of people who focus on Commander that aren't in the first post, let me know and I will add them. Thanks!
Back this week as well, however, the wife and I just had a nino, so i have a 8.5 tails deck and gameplay that I'm going to be posting soon, but after that I may be done making videos (not sure if it will be forever or just for a while).
I'm a sucker for John Avon and Rob Alexander lands, but those are quite nice.
Also, where I live, UNH Forests are 35-40$ a pop, so yeah... i'll stay with my snow-covered ones for now, hehe ;-)
If they made the Ice Age snow-covereds in foil, I would be on those for sure. I'm just not as big of a fan of the newer snow-covereds with the new border.
Hey man, haven't had a chance to read through the whole thread yet, but a few things caught my eye in your decklist. I don't think my Azusa deck would've been nearly as effective as it was if I wasn't running Seer's Sundial and Mind's Eye. Keeping your foot on the gas and dropping 2 lands per turn until you end the game ASAP is very powerful.
My Azusa deck is no longer constructed, but I went back and looked up the thread. It's here if you have any interest in looking at it. I tweaked it quite a bit with suggestions from many of the members here and playtesting. It was a beast in it's day, I must say
I've tested Seer's Sundial and I wasn't all that impressed with it to be honest, Horn of Greed does a much better job drawing cards off land drops, and Recycle does a better job than Minds Eye in my list, because you draw off of every card played. I've been playing this list for close to 4 years now and play test card thoughts and suggestions pretty extensively.
Put up another new video, this new series is pretty fun, anyone got any ideas for some other topics I could break down? Maybe deck strategies like stax, combo, lifegain, etc..?
If your meta doesnt have too much enchantments you should drop those recurrable enchantments. Just make sure you keep em stored somewhere you know, just in case that changes in the future with your meta.
They've already been dropped if you take a look at the decklist on the first page.
Going to find a spot for Oblivion Stone, the deck really needs to have a good recurable reset button. Glissa, the Traitor and Trading Post allow me to regrow it, along with all of the graveyard shuffle effects.

I also want to try out the new Courser of Kruphix since if Azusa is out, it's basically another Oracle of Mul Daya.

Puphoros, God of the Forge could be pretty good, would allow you to get value off any extra lands too!
