I didn't buy the initial Rod stuff as a slip
Would you mind elaborating on this?

Basically, I didn't view his initial thing as a slip so I didn't believe that the push on him was valid because at the time it was pretty solely based on that. Towards the end of the day, I had blinders on. I kept lumping his scummy actions into a derpy play pile instead of taking it at face value. I think I was also turned off by the initial push against him because it felt... wrong? I've tried to find a good adjective but can't. Others I've tried are it felt heavy handed...it felt like it was gaming the system...it felt too forceful.

Yeah, I’m asking what they are.

And it's not even like lynching a neutral helps us find the mafia.

The fact that EtR was almost lynched and now toDay that wagon is -crickets- despite 0 change in EtR's behavior or the points against him is a potential Thing. Scumteam is pushing elsewhere.

Maybe it really is just EtR and Riku? But I also feel like tom is the scumlord of the century.

    aaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh

What are the points against me exactly? I'm not even sure.

Biggest things for me are fuwas rod progression and claim.

Etr is on the flavorgaming tip, yeah?

Partially, but mostly because I had FUWA as scum and ZD hasn't really done anything to change that.

    Then what does that mean?

My apologies, I got busy and forgot about this game for a bit. I'm back now though with plenty of things to explain why they are wrong!

    @Riku: What?

Reviewed EtR. Only a few things to note. D1 he was specifically objecting to the Rodemy kill. D2 we had a disagreement about town/scum perspectives - this is probably not that significant, but jumped out because I was directly involved. D3 he was one of several with an argument with DV, but that describes half the game.

EtR: Can you give us a current T/S list?

I'm pretty much where I was the end of yesterday, I think, but let me put one out here:

    EtR

    tomsloger
    Vaimes
    Highroller

    Rumanshi
    vezokpiraka
    Silvercrys3467
    zdtsd

I still believe that ZD and DV can't be aligned. ZD's story hasn't felt consistent with regards to what his role can do and I still believe FUWA was super scummy. I agree that KA has to go soon though as we don't know his win con. Silver and Vez are no change from yesterday. With the way DV ended yesterday I don't think we are going to get a lot from his wagon, but the Vez hammer felt super greedy. Otherwise, pretty similar to yesterday.

Me and D_V are unrelated in alignment. I don't see the connection

My story is completely consistent. If you actually checked, it would all be continuous.

That's been my point all along.

D_V was town. If you are unrelated in alignment that makes you scum.

I feel like I did back on Day 2 and Vez got snippy about it. I’ll have to go back and look to confirm though.

The fact that Fuwa replaced out is indeed frustrating. It would be nice to have him/her account for Day 1.

EtR, would you care to account for the following post:

[b]Unvote Tom[b] RVS vote removed. I mostly skimmed the first two pages as I haven’t had a ton of time today. Quick thoughts:
    1. I’m opposed to claiming anything at this point until we have a better understanding of the game.
    2. I’d like to reiterate the question about why Rumanshi is numbering posts? Is this something he always does?
    3. I feel like high roller is pushing too hard on this Rodemy thing and it’s giving me bad vibes.
    4. First to mention serial killer is one.

    This is fun!

as well as give your rationale in general for defending Rodemy?

Nothing really to account for. I didn't buy the initial Rod stuff as a slip and I didn't like the push as I didn't think it was based on anything concrete. As far as defending Rod... I played here a while back and the games that I had played with Rod during that time, he was constantly derpy. He would make unforced errors or just go on random tangents that didn't make any sense. I thought that this was more of the same behavior. I didn't even think when he was lynched that he was scum.

Thinking about this more, I would move Vaimes down my list a bit. His T/S list feels off. Having FUWA/ZD second most likely to be town only behind himself doesn't read as honest. Even if I'm being open to possibilities, I can't get anywhere near ZD being that high.

Not really. It’s not a strength I’ve developed yet. My casing of FUWA and Vez are examples of that. I’m not good at getting buy in.

But my goal with engaging with people I find scummy isn't for them to come along with me, it's for the town to come along, if that makes sense.

    How does that work usually?

I can’t imagine getting the engagement you want from people who, if you’re correct, don’t actually care about your alignment.

If they choose not to engage, then I take the avoidance as scummy.

Which of your townreads did you try to engage with? To my knowledge you were talking mostly with your scumreads.

Oh, no one really. I don't really do that. I guess it's not my playstyle. I would prefer to engage with people I find scummy and then create a case or push them to find inconsistencies in their posts.
