Too bad for me then, I relied upon this post to check they weren't confirmed on the Rumor Mill.
The post isn't listing these two and is updated at June 6th as I'm writing.
We've known that both of these existed as cards for a while, but it had not been officially confirmed enough for me to include it in the promo list. There was just enough weirdness about the find that I wanted a second major source (they were found mixed in with Maze's End promos but there were also WMCQ Vengevines and a second judge promo of Vindicate). The information dried up and the original post got buried in spoiler posts from newer stuff.
But it's a store that has to sanction it, right? I can't just throw a draft in my backyard and call it a "sanctioned draft," can I?
Sorry if these questions sound odd, it's just I've never heard the term "sanctioned casual event" before and it sounds like an oxymoron to me. Casual to me is "kitchen table" Magic but "sanctioned" sounds like it has to be official to me. So, it's officially unofficial? Or Unofficially official? Is an FNM a "sanctioned casual event?" I'm just confused...
Think of it as a way for Wizards of the Coast and your local gaming store encouraging the casual crowd to pack up their Kitchen Table and put it in a brick-and-mortar store. Many local gaming stores (LGS) have special times specifically allotted for such types of gaming.
If I remember right, this started around the time that WotC first started printing products aimed at the casual crowd - like Planechase, Archenemy, and most recently embracing (and renaming) Commander. There is an achievement on Planeswalker Points specifically for casually sanctioned events.
Another common use of this designation is the Open Dueling side events at prereleases, targeted at the player who wants to be involved but isn't quite ready to/doesn't want to compete.
On the main topic - That art is excellent. Akroma's Vengeance would be a sweet addition to to FTV (although Exalted Angel foil alt art would be my pick from that deck if I had my druthers). I still have R/W Slide built and played with it the other night for funsies - excited for this possible reprint!
Some from this list deserve the Mythic rarity, others are a stretch at best, but it is the limited run and special foiling process (different from the regular foiling) that makes them 'mythic.'
As for the Predator Sliver - I'm going to have a hard time not shouting "Get to the Choppah!" iin a reeeealy bad Austrian accent every time he hits the board.

Whenever [cardname] attacks, creatures with greater power than toughness cannot block this turn. It distracts those most easily distracted. 2/1
It was mentioned a few pages back, but just to make sure it's out there: Blood in the Watering Can triggers at EVERY end step. Black is excellent at causing itself to lose life for some gain anyway (even b4 you figure in things like shocklands and fetchlands) and remember that damage causes life loss (yay rules).
Can is fairly generic, true, but it is playable by more people, more often.
BitWC should be craptons better in limited than RoN, unless the environment this is dropped into is skewed towards discard matters.
This is a "big box store" promo (meaning you get them at stores like Wal-Mart and Target... usually with a few booster packs).
To the best of my knowledge we now know all 2013 Judge Rewards but the promo with collector's number 5/8 - any one have info on that?

Thanks for posting the official confirmation!

Not really, there are often cards that have been printed at lower rarities sprinkled in if they fit the theme.
Examples: AEther Vial, Berserk, Black Vice, Cephalid Coliseum, Channel, Desert, Dragon Whelp, Dryad Arbor, Glacial Chasm, Goblin Lackey, Isochron Scepter, Ivory Tower, Kird Ape, Lotus Petal, Maze of Ith, Mystical Tutor, Sensei's Divining Top, Skullclamp, Sol Ring, Tinker, Zuran Orb

Name a creature card. Spells you cast with that name have ripple 5.

That said, I could also see U/G if your set includes a multicolor component.
Interestingly enough, I think I feel more of a white vibe if you switch from CMC to power.
Cool idea!
