Second: Mark Poole goes to GPs and conventions, and while he does charge $2 per signature, that's not really a game-changer. I'd value these like any other damaged Beta Counterspell (Market is $158, but there's only one for sale and the asking price is $250) and Island. Someone's bidding up a NM Counterspell to about $500 on eBay, but that's NM. The Island is probably closer to $15 - Market is $23, but there are multiple sellers offering HP, MP, and DMG copies of that exact Island (Island A, for the curious) for under $15 shipped.
Third: Point of clarification - I'm evaluating these as damaged because they're damaged, not because of the signature. A signature doesn't automatically ding the condition down to damaged. The big crease in the middle, however ...

Yeah we got one of those in a shop i some times go to across town. fits your description perfectly, except he has racist tattoos (Swastikas, Totenkopf with SS runes, ect). Got trounced by him once before and he really layed in on thick: "your deck sucks" ect ect.
Next time i came there i was packin' stasis. he got really mad when i told him his goyf is dead because he did not pay its upkeep as i pointed to my tabernacle. he complained that he did not know what the card did and i told him thats not my fault, if he wanted to know he should have asked or read the card. He got quite pissed but was back to his "old self" when he natural ordered into a Progenitus. He got really ****s saying he was going to kill me next turn (i had 9 life). "we will see i said" and i passed the turn. End of his upkeep i played ensnare for free. He GOT LIVID!! and scooped. "good game" i said as i reached down my shirt revealing a star of david necklace. LOLOL
I was really glad to bead him as he did not even know how to work his deck right. When i played stasis he had top+counterbalance out, he triggerd the counterbalance revealing a land, "hold on" he said as he activated his top and then showed me a goyf. "your stasis is countered" he said with a smug look and tone of voice. it took 5 people to convince him that he messed up.
