Having not posted in over 2 months, this may go without saying, but I'm not really an active member here. Sine I don't play Magic any more, there just isnt any real reason to come to this site, and as such, I am going to bow out of this clan. Good luck to all of you, and hopefully this clan manages to survive for a while yet.
Multiplayer? Im assuming you mean 3-or-more by that. Once 2 friends and I were playing a game. One friend has an artifact affinity deck with a random platinum angel thrown in. I and the other friend each have elf decks, and each had 4 wellwishers out, coats of arms, and alpha statuses, as well as around 60 elves each, so everyone took massive amounts of damage each turn but didnt die (the elf decks gained back loads of damage (in the hundreds each turn eventually) while the platinum kept number 3 alive. Everyne had 200 to 300 card decks, so that wasnt helpng, and nobody had artifact hate, so the game took over an hour (I think two of us just gave up). The other players in the tourney (local cardshop) were not happy.
Unfortunately the nearest Wizards-sponsered events are about 2 hours away from me, and I hate the local card shop/tourney place, so Ive never really been to more than few tournaments, all of which I got by butt kicked.
Then I tried to arganize a card playing club at my school, but that failed miserably.
Life just doesnt want me to play Magic.
So my claim to fame: none.

Damnit, we seem to be dying again, though. Both due to lack of posts and people leaving.
Any ideas to fix this again? We've already tried a name change, recruiting, and a merger (which didnt happen, but still boosted activity and membership for a while) and none of these has had any permanent effect on activity - we just keep going back and forth between healthy and near-death.
Does this mean that I'm now the longest member of this clan? Cool. Not useful or relevant in any way, but cool.

Really, if you hadn't made The Syndicate, someone else would have (though you obviously did a good job, as we appear to be among the last still-going Guild Clan, more than 2 years after our set release.) This will give you an opportunity to make your OWN clan. Or you just forgot you actually made this one.)

I actually havent had any bi problems or flaws with it, with the exception of all of the problems with wired networking between Vi and XP (wireless seems to be ok) and a couple of games not working quite properly (Mostly Neverwinter Nights, but even that sees to have been patched).
And it is damn purty.

Sorry for being away for so long. My dad's new computer with Vista screwed up all of the networking (which is odd, cause my computer with Vista never did) and so we had to get a new wireless router and then it still took close to a week to get all of the computers to work on the network (1 wired computer w/Vista, one wired with XP, one wireless each with Vista and XP. It was . . . fun, to say the least.)
Anyways, as for odd Magic habits, I stuck with the same deck for close to 4 years - elves, featuring alpha status, coat of arms, heedless one, and wellwisher. It actually did decently well for a while at local tourneys, except when my friend pulled out his deck, which was almost identical. Those wellwishers made the game go on forever, with each of us doing hundreds of dmamge a turn. yet neither of us woud change the deck - we liked it/them too much.
Yeah, MPH is a damned good game, too. Either of you guys want to exchange friend codes for D/P or MPH? Just PM me yours if you do and I'll do likewise.
Hello, sorry to not have posted for a while, but I have been hit by the Diamod/Pearl addiction too.
Nothing really else to say. Havent looked at FS and have no interest in trying to be temp rep, but I will try and post in the Gmail group at some point soon.
Now off to go deal with my addiction somewhat.
I dont play WoW either. I could probably afford it, but it's more principle: I already bought the game, why the hell should I pay to play it? (As you can see, Im somewhat of a cheapass).
In other news, I just got a drivers' liscense the other day. The roads just got a little less safe.

I do have a DS as of 3 days ago, but no wi-fi games till April 22 (check the GameFAQs calendar (north America) calendar for that day and take a guess. Yes, it is shameful).
I do not have, and have never had a girlfriend (too much of a cheapass to spend money on people other than me), though I sm straight (not that I have a problem with gay people, but way too many people leap to the gay conclusion really easily).
And I like the futureshifted frame. Different enough to look cool, but still understandable to a normal magic player.
