Only $3 for Rhystic Study? That is excellent, and even if I need to pay twice that price to purchase it as a single card, I shall be very glad to be able to obtain it as a foil in the new card style, for a deck of mine. I am not so certain about command tower, however, because while it certainly would be nice to have a foil version of it, I do not wish to spend $8 to $16 to purchase that card as a single.

so much for people thinking they will get library for 20 bucks. I think many of these will be sold out at double their buy price. Especially oversized stuff if their just a buck each. Excluding sliver queen which is awesome if its only 8$ retail.
Command towers, duplicant, mineoplasm others will be gone at those prices. Don't underestimate the amount of people that didn't get this and want those singles at reasonable price.
absolutely agree. I'll but singles of the cheap stuff even if I don't plan on using it right away....then i'll try and pick up a few copies of some of the smaller ones.
I'd guess the command tower will be 40ish, 20 for the decree of pain and probably 5-7 for the grimgrin. As for the life counter it is going to depend on how good the quality is.
SCG has the prices they are paying to buy singles from people. I'd expect them to sell them at about double that.

The big issue is those cards are very subpar for commander for a large list of reasons =P

I want a foil sylvan library but not for $200+. I have a judge foil command tower for my foiled out merieke deck but I waited for it to get to the ~$50 range before getting it.
I've seen some decklists with both of these but it looks like according to adarkar valkyrie's oracle text it will not let you bring a dragon into play if you dumped it with Scion. Is this correct?

I think it's a nice trick but unless you have jarad in play he's a dead card.
