I bought Shyvana because I wanted to try her jungle. Fastest initial clear in the game - really low hp though. Her jungle speed is faster than Olaf, but absolutely unsustainable without wriggles. She's ok, but I think it says something about power creep when we say that a bruiser without a CC is bad. If she had come out before Irelia we'd be calling some her pretty amazing words.
As for Olaf, the resistance to getting chain CC'd helps, but the only ones that really killed him were the instant CC's like Soraka's Silence, Rammus Taunt, and Fiddlesticks fear. The ones with an animation, like Sion and Taric's stuns can be anticipated. Being able to break out of a crowd control is good, and it's only a nerf at his last level. He realistically loses about 1.5 seconds on ultimate time, but makes up for it with the cc break.
I'd be hestitant to call it a straight buff, but we'd be arguing semantics.
How fast? Skarner can reliably do it in under 3:30.
What do Amumu, Ashe, Akali, Sona, and (to a lesser degree) Swain all have in common.
They like to point their ultimates at a cute little girl known as Annie - and they chained them ridiculously well. Amumu jump -> Sona ult -> Ashe Arrow -> everyone focus the Annie! Just played a game with Silex where that was how all the teamfights ended up. I would be the last person into the fight, and get locked down and focused to death. Now granted I would usually survive long enough to drop my own Bear stun in return, but oh my lord were the fights crazy. First time it happened I mentally kicked myself for not realizing they would be doing it every teamfight. Second time it happened I realized they would be doing it to me every teamfight. Third time it happened I bought a negatron cloak and some spare HP, so I lived long enough to OMGITSTIBBAHS them in return.
Focus Tibbers more. Focus Annie less.
I'm doin' it right, right? Tibbers is the little one and Annie is the big one right?
Also, if any magic playing peeps wanna add me, my in game name is Katahide. Feel free to add.
The average 4 person household (Two Male, two female), will spend upwards of 800-1000$ a month on groceries.
Compare that to eating out for four two times a day (at an average of 20-40$ a meal) and you'll see that in the long run buying food from a place like Kroger or Publix or Ingles or the like in your area will help you out immensely.
To answer the question you asked directly: For one person that's about par.
The game is rife with cheating and collusion, and for every deck that costs next to nothing should you build the next big thing it will cost you butt loads of money then half a year later everything expensive that is new will be printed in a lower rarity in an easy to get format.
I may not have agreed with his methodology but he is/was a true visionary when it came to technology. As a staunch PC defender and owner I can appreciate what he has done for the world and will forever respect the company he helped build and his legacy.
Outside of it, I enjoy the Shelby Cobra and the late 60's era Mach One mustangs.
Nice auto-attacks you got there, care to try them while blind?
Lil-Formers Web comic.
Jungle changes incoming. Makes me feel less bad, and maybe I'll stop playing Nunu.
Unrealistically: New paint job for my Honda.
That's pretty hot, not gonna lie.
Maybe he likes big butts and cannot lie.

You're actually significantly lower. It's generally 200$ a week, meaning 28.50$~ a day. You beat the average by about 22$.
Again, hard to gauge off AUS pricing.
