Albeit in a somewhat soft meta, I ran a G/R variant to a 4-0-1 split first finish tonight (myself and the person I split with did, however, play it out for fun, and I took it down 2-0 vs. a somewhat clunky G/W tokens list.)
I feel that the black splash seems to be more for removal, and Broodmate Dragon, since the idea of Violent Ultimatum seems to have lost it's appeal, (which I for one feel is well justified.)
Anyway, the list I ran is as followed, and played somewhat like a burn deck, but with rather enormous burn spells...
The mana was perfect, and I was simply never a turn behind from CiPT lands, nor color screw. This was ideal, as I found that every turn I maximized my resources, be it through ramp, sweeps, a combination of both.
Here's a breakdown of some of my card choices.
Magma Phoenix was an experiment, and I think I'll be going up to two next week. I often found myself to be in top-deck mode, or with minimal minimal threat diversity, and in my match against faeries, the threat of recurring burn was huge.
Primal command seemed to be in it's prime against really slow, or really fast decks. It's simply a fantastic card, and helped keep the threats coming. I was afraid that it would Slow the deck down more than necessary, but I simply love it.

Bogarden Hellkite[/card] is the same card it ever was, it's a blowout to cast in respone to an ajani activation, before blockers are declared, and pretty much anytime it hits the table.
Earthquake was a mixed bag. It was very strong against traditional aggro decks, but it's akward, to say the least, against decks that are heavy in red. I boarded them out for a third cloudthresher and primal in a match with a bloodbraid aggro deck, as I didn't feel that earthquaking the board/myself after already taking a chunk of damage was ever a good play, especially when the opponent can chip away with unearthed hellspark elementals or more hasted creatures. I can't see myself running this maindeck again.
Great Sable stag does exactly what it was designed to do. And in conjunction with all of the great cards I played against faeries, that matchup was won.
Given my reliance on mass burn, pithing needle was mainly there for Burrenton Forge Tender, and Dauntless Escort. I will say that after getting smashing in a game one against a Doran deck by a behemoth sledge, it is a fantastic sideboard card that I never was upset to see when I boarded all 3 in.
Lightning bolt was an all-star, as efficient removal. The ability to to keep ramping while holding back a bolt for efficient removal was fantastic, and it really helped alleviate my concern with putrid leech and boggart ram-gang.
After I play this deck a couple more times, I'm going to decide on a splash color. I feel that White is most like, so that I have access to even more aggro-stopping and face beating with Baneslayer angel, as well as a hard sweeper. Blue is the other option, as Mind Spring and Time Warp seem like fine ideas. Time warp seems sketchy at first, but it can help accomplish ramping (hitting an extra land drop) card draw, and stabilizing. Time warp into primal to bounce something on top and fetch a dude seems like it absolutely is crushing to your opponents tempo, while setting up your win. Mind Spring seems valuable simply for the ability to draw cards, although it could very possibly be win-more.
I don't see the reason for a black splash, since lightning bolt and all the mass burn available seems to provide all the removal needed, although if 5CC becomes relevant again, it is very likely I'll have to return to black for the stellar Liliana Vess and Mind Shatter.
Anyway, I'd love to hear feedback on card choices, and on the idea of leaving off black entirely.
i like the list a lot but one thing i put siege gang commander because you can deal 8 dmg in a late game situation
i have see all the list and no were i found the changling collosus las thing is unstopable and only 4 mana is very good for the rock only sugestion i make

Does Gaea's Blessing gives the target player the option of shuffling the cards from his or her graveyard or is the controller of Gaea's the one to chose the cards that are going to be shuffle?
We are having trouble with this one since the text is similar to the Loaming Shaman and one of our friend (Lvl.1 judge) told us that the card worked the same way.
He told us that when you played Loaming Shaman the target player choses what to shuffle and not the controller of the spell.
Long time i dont post been working a lot but exited to read the new novel big question these the reprint of card like akroma and shadow mage infiltaror do soemthing in the novels well scott hope to hear from you soon
Hey hows it goin...I had been plannin on building a U/W/g control deck using Vhitu-Ghazi sonce before DIS came out, but now that I have found this thread my deck has taken new direction (goodbye Hierarch, hello SSS)...
Well anyway i just wanted to see what people thought about putting Supply// Demnad in the Main. I play 3 in the main, just to be able to search for "reaver or SSS if things get messy. Also i dont play remand, because I feel that with Spell Snare, and Mana leak, that remand is not as necessary, the card rawing is nice, but Remand usually does not stop any serious threats for me. All that being said, Here is my current decklist. I am planning on running this at Regionals May 20th because my playtesting results have been VERY VERY promising. Any help would be appreciated.
yes we are back in dominaria now that intested me a lot cant wait to look for the book when it come out and tell me when are you going to stop by in Puerto Rico so you can relax and have some fun
