Sorry for tag-less, was rushed to get to work. Updated with tags. Also, Iona's cost is high so she will be harder to cast, and really only works well when you can lock 2 players out. Most of the time she would see play is if you're going up against some combo deck that doesn't go off fast and you can sneak her in.
3) All slivers must die
I shouldn't even need to expand upon this, but I guess it needs to be said. In almost every game I've been in with a Sliver deck, other players see the first 1-3 slivers in play and say, "Those aren't that bad." Then a couple more slivers come down and now there's a small army we can't touch because they have hexproof or indestructible or whatever. The worst evaluation was a game when the player had 6+ slivers on the battlefield including Shadow Sliver, but everybody else evaluated this state as harmless because of Dormant Sliver. Well here comes Necrotic Sliver, and Dormant Sliver gets sacrificed to destroy your Ghostly Prison. Have fun blocking dying.

I try to kill the Sliver player. I even try to get the others to kill them. However Slivers are just so cute and adorable that they leave them alone. My only wish is that I had enough money to build an Optimal mana base for a sliver deck.
They need to bring slivers back to standard so we can have even more slivers......
Well, when a new player shows up and is in my random pod, I check to see if they've played against one of my powerful decks before. If not, then I play it and destroy them with it. If they have seen the deck before I proceed to whip it out and dominate them as usual.
How often do you go to time and are unable to finish?
Here's what happened. I was in a losing position because no one would allow me to keep anything on the board that worked with Norin. So I Warp World to reset. I pop out a Confusion in the Ranks, Genesis Chamber and a Grip of Chaos. I miss every other possible non land card imaginable. My opponents proceed to drop a dozen creatures, that when enters gets a Confusion trigger as well as a Genesis trigger. The Genesis triggers each gets a Confusion trigger. All triggers are done at random thanks to the Grip. Had to roll each individual trigger for everyone. Took 30 minutes just to figure out how every trigger was going to land. Unable to finish the game because the store had to close. They wanted to flip the table, i couldnt stop crying from laughter.
Unconditional sweeper for 4 mana, and a non white one. This is more of an EDH release than a modern playable. So for EDH its strong enough to be a mythic rarity.
