In regards to battle, we simply base it as platoons being absolute 0. Level one tanks being worth +10, level 2 Tanks being +20, ect. Extra training having an effect, with urban training being +10/20 to a platoon when doing street fighting.
Something like this, but RPG troops wouldnt have much effect on Non-tanks. Each troop having a hit point value, and certian amounts of damage having unique effects.
The point to snipers would be that insead of indiscriminately wiping out units in the platoon, you can aim.
But i agree with the battlefieldless idea. Like, Its day based, in one day, depending on your strength over the other player. Like, if your total strength is X, and their's is Y weaker, then you take over Z% of the city in one day.

No. This is the type of repsonse that leads to war, which is something that we have neither the time nor the resources for. We must sue for peace, fighting only to defend ourselves. Any other aproach to the situation would lead us deeper into the mire that Japan threatens us with, and we can't afford that. We must not take the fight to them.
