I have a few questions about the Two-Headed Giant format, especially around players, targeting, effects, and decisions
1. If a player attackes a team controlling Riddlekeeper, Windborn Muse, or the like, can that player choose to attack the teammate who does not control this creature and therefore avoid the tax?
2. If a player takes damage from Okiba-Gang Shinobi or similar, who chooses who discards the cards? Does the controller of the ability choose which player on the team discards two cards? Do you have to specifically attack one player on a team, who then discards the cards? Do they both discard two?
3. An effect such as Unnerve or Minds Aglow, do both players on each team draw or discard? Or do they choose one to do so?
4. If Wing Shards were cast, do the defending team choose which of them must sacrifice a blocking creature? Or does the casting player?
It would be useful if you indicate whether a card's price has moved up or down from the last update. Otherwise tracking movement involves a lot of flicking back and forth between posts that may be pages apart.
Maybe Decree of Justice use the Judge art, and this is the real new art?
No, this is different art again, it depicts a very (IMO) Elspeth-like angel and is by artist Lius Lasahido, who debuted in Fate Reforged with Dragon Bell Monk.
On the subject of art, Mother of Runes is the Terese Nielsen art that was previewed at (IIRC) PAX AUS.
In terms of art, Accumulated Knowledge has art I don't recognise; it's not the Nemesis art, it is by David Palumbo and depicts a mage standing between (adopts technical voice) whizzy white magic thingies with eyeballs on the end. It was not marked as new art though. It has flavour text attributed to Isperia.

If you choose to collect the alternate art and promo cards, then I would suggest using Magiccards.info over Gatherer every time. The search result for zombie creatures shows the most recent printing of the card (even if it was an online 'printing') but also links you to all other printings of that card. You can see the first printing easily, and also see whether subsequent printings had alternate art, as you may wish to add those too.

I have some bad news about the angel token and emblems - there aren't any, unless what I saw was a faulty pack.
Oh how interesting! Let me check, your numbering is correct, but the lists above were typed from the deck list insert. I will be a couple of minutes.
edit: It is the lands and tokens. There are four different Plains arts in Elspeth's deck, and they all have different numbers (30-33 inclusive).
edit 2: Kiora's has three different Forest and Island arts 63-65 for the Forests, 60-62 for the Islands.
It's Explore. The one with Kiora in front is Temple of the False God.
