I have a horrible tendency to look at fun cards and interactions, and then throw them all into a pot of goodstuff, and have decision paralysis trying to cut :(. Would love to have help both with some cuts here, as well as some general advice on deckbuilding to try and separate out attachment to fun and good cards to ones that would be good for the deck itself.
For this deck, I want to focus on the superfriends, but have enough creatures and other answers to assist with removal and stax effects to make it less attractive to swing at me while I am building my board state. (Note the lands are variable, just there to fill space).
I've been looking to make a mono colored EDH deck for a while, and I have a shiny Omnath, Locus of Mana I wanted to use. I mostly just play with my two brothers, and often it can be either 1v1 or all 3 of us. We are pretty casual - the majority of their cards are from drafts we've done or a few Commander deck purchases from years ago, whereas I have kept up a bit more. We try not to rely too much on combos/insane tutoring that just slows down the game.
Would definitely love some help pruning this deck - it relies on either Omnath being huge and killing via commander damage, or pumping out a lot of strong toons for overrun fun.

The deck is organized by a card's primary function, but there are times when they can serve many purposes, such as Attrition helping both removal as well as being a sac outlet. (Lands are being worked on at the moment, just going through to see what I own first)
You have all these buffs it feels like your attacking creature would get chump blocked most of the time. I would suggest a continuous trample effect like Nylea, God of the Hunt.
Good idea. I think this deck would primarily benefit from evasion followed by trample effects, to ensure that the damage still goes through. Just need to figure out what to remove
So far, I am thinking about adding a Hydra Omnivore as a way to make this a bit more competitive in multiplayer, and potentially remove Mimic Vat, as I have almost never used it in the deck to any effect.
Mana Drain is another good removal I am looking at, but don't have yet.
For a ramp perspective, I was looking at Carpet of Flowers, but it seems very hit or miss for me. Survival of the Fittest would be another good tutor, but something in me cringes at discarding creatures, and may prefer a Birthing Pod instead.
Thassa, God of the Sea would also be something I want to add for some evasion, just need to figure out what to take out.
Another option is the combo of Eternal Witness + Venser the Sojourner + Time Warp, though while I do like combos, requiring three cards without putting in tutors makes it nice to have, not essential.

I was debating running guilty conscience and stuffy doll, or pariah+ stuffy doll, but couldnt justify including the doll for those.
Act of Authority I like because it functions just like an O-ring, but I have the option for an "Oh S^&*" moment if I need to. Just an extra perk to the card, and same cmc as o-ring
For notion thief, we have people in our meta who are casual, competitive, and anywhere in between. We sometimes have Jace 2.0, and may fit well with the thief. This is definitely for playing with the more competitive people, but not for going to tournaments or anything.
Spellbomb or bojuka bog is there for the people that love to use Mimeoplasm or Sedris decks.
For baneful omen, I would like to keep it in, since I would try not to typically play my general. However, I do have top and rack in as well, maybe sooth isnt necessary?
Do you think it worth putting in debt to the deathless?
Is Top and Rack together both necessary?
What do you recommend I do if EI ends up in my graveyard? Through mill, discard, etc?

Purpohoros is definitely one of my win conditions. I wanted some backups because if i ever lose him, need some good ways to win.
What other pump slivers would be worth it? Also, any planeswalkers I should add? Should I add in any of the orbs (static, torpor, winter)?
