Least favorite plane to live on would be Ravnica, actually. The warring politicians always grabbing for power is fun to watch...for a while, then it just gets annoying. Also, I'm a wilderness man at heart, so the constant sprawling cityscapes would get to me eventually.
You've got a good point. Now that I think about it, a Ravnican would pretty much have to join the Selesnya to see nature at all. Even then, it just wouldn't be the same, what with the brainwashing and all...
All the aforementioned cards are pretty sweet, especially Sol Ring and Birds of Paradise. However, for its comparatively low (actual) cost and its all-around awesomeness:
A bit ironic when considering that it was the kithkin that turned xenophobe when Shadowmoor came (at least that's I've read). ._.
Speaking of which, can someone be kind enough to come up here and tell us what exactly is the current state of Lorwyn/Shadowmoor?
As far as I know:
Lorwyn made some kind of magical transformation into Shadowmoor. Shadowmoor is the exact opposite (or negative, as with a photograph) of Lorwyn. It exists in perpetual night(?), and all formerly friendly inhabitants, like the Kithkin, are despicably evil. Likewise, all that was evil in Lorwyn is good in Shadowmoor: The elves have become humble, self-sacrificing preservationists of all that's good in the world.
While my answer for the plane I would call home is still Ravnica, I figure Lorwyn wouldn't be so bad either. It seems so Tolkien-esque. I'd be the odd one walking around as there are no hoomans there, right? But it'd be all good. I'd be some hermit that all the kithkin trade with, but tell menacing stories about. Almost like an Obi-Wan Kenobi.
Man, I really wish I could do that too. I'd just have to avoid those nasty xenophobic elves, or use some kind of blue magic to hide myself from them.
Out of the currently featured planes (in their current states), I'd live on Ravnica. I say 'in their current states' because so many planes have gone to hell in a handbasket, from a white-aligned human perspective. I'd live in Bant, but not in New Alara. I'd live in old as opposed to new Kamigawa. Old Dominaria seems like a fair place to have lived as well. Here's to nostalgia!
By all means, let us not forget the great Ovinomancy. This ancient Blue-aligned art has been practiced by such storied mages as Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir, and the anonymous, venerable Ovinomancer. It is the very definiton of badass.

I'm probably leaning towards Bant now.
Doomed Traveler
You can turn him into an ape on turn 2 for the win!
Just use Pongify, another classic one drop.
Also, for flavor and concept alone, Flying Men is a favorite of mine.
Yes! It is QUALITY!
For purposes of bad humor, I also like Sea Serpent.

Curious--has anyone heard the new Mastodon album?
See Ovinize.
