The kinder blamed both no one and everyone for her situation, she hated her people for abusing and captivating a woman who needn't be this way, the humans for their putrescent ways and intolerant customs and all others for one reason or another whose exact rationale occasionally shifts. Worst of all, however, she hated herself and that was a fact that continually crept up no matter how much she tried to repress it. She knew that most of all the reason her people had a warrant out for Cecania was for her own actions and that it was her own shyness that kept the braided woman miserable and cloistered, assured her status as a perpetual outsider. All she could do was lie back, sip her drink and keep her eye on the door, looking for another as new and alone as she these people may be petulant dullards but there the only thing standing between power and... this.
The kinder frowned and stared at the door, she considered leaving but decided not to let the scum around her win. Knowing her only alternative was to find lodging and stare at a wall all night, she figured drinking her misery away was the more desirable option. The woman was stuck without a home, unwanted by both the kinder and the citizens of Epicus and she knew it as well as she knew her name. After a healthy swig of her cocktail she gazed around the bar once more taking inventory of the waste around her while having an internal dialogue...

The woman slammed back the drink and let out a sigh of both pain and relief. She quickly noticed a rather homely elderly human woman to her left whose golf ball size goiter jiggled like jelly as she released a boisterous laugh at a dull joke from the man next to her.
What a hideous species.
Feigning a smile, the dark woman turned to the man behind the bar and spoke to the only person who would hear her, however she lacked the will to strike up a genuine conversation with someone paid to listen.

The woman sighed, it was difficult desiring the company of another while lacking social skills based on something other than fear and professionalism. After downing her drink quicker than is typically seen from attractive women of any race, the kinder ordered another, abiding by an age old method of increasing ones sociability.
Cecania entered the ass, alone and looking to change the matter. The woman took an empty seat towards the end of the bar, one stool away from the last but two in the other direction from everyone else. After ordering a dark red gin based drink lovingly referred to as "The Sylvan Sunrise" she glanced around the establishment appearing as though she were searching for someone, few could guess she really just wanted someone to talk to.
Cecania entered the magic shop with her pouch of gold clenched tightly around her fist whilst in a short line, seemingly staring off into the abyss, oblivious to the world. As she made her way to the front, the shop keep warmly greeted her with a smile. Avoiding any smalltalk with a man she had no intent to know, the kinder expediently purchased Charisma, Sap Spray, Needle Shot and Shroud, leaving with a mere 20 gold to her name.

Hey guys, this is not my WP however, a "new" world project titled epic world is opening up and I wanted to say a few things. This is a reboot of, in my opinion, the greatest WP ever made. The game is fun, accessible, humorous and takes place in a truly unique fantasy setting. If any of you are interested, the game started back on mtgnews and lasted for several years, becoming the most successful RP in mtgnews/sal history. I know that fantasy isn't everyone's cup of tea but honestly, it's not mine either, however what you will get in EW is less of a "high fantasy" than a truly fun and unique RP experience. To give you some idea, I haven't done a forum RP since EW ended, I tried and I didn't really enjoy them but I still sporadically checked the web to see if EW would return, thats how great this game is.

After organizing an arranged marriage into a very prominent family of lawmakers when the woman was 21, her father hoped that their troubles would be over but Cecania immediately resisted. Refusing to be nothing more than a house wife and always under her husbands suspicion due to her brand, the woman was not allowed outside of the house other than to attend arranged high society events and often snuck away to see other lovers while her husband was away. Due to this her abusive husband scarred her across the face with a stiletto and began to routinely beat and interrogate her, fueling her desire to peruse extramarital relation. Refusing to continue to live as she had been, Cecania stole her brothers halebred and decapitated her husband in his sleep, stealing his stiletto and leaving her brother to take the fall for her late husbands murder. Unfortunately her brother had an iron clad alibi as that night he was away on an expedition seeking safe passages for trade in the mountains. Before any further investigation into the murder could ensue, the woman stowed herself away on a trading caravan destined for Epicus. Her convenient escape has made her a suspect in the murder and any return to kinder lands would place her under jurisdiction to be arrested under an outstanding warrant for murder.
