Since you say your group is casual and discourages potentially unfun things, you may want to double check on their opinion on the Banned-in-Commmander Tinker before adding it.
Whooops! Sorry about that. My friends and I are a bit more casual so we don't always follow the rules sometimes.
If you play casual it is usually not fun to have a god as the commander. I would keep the commander you have and see how it works. The synergy created by Hanna seems to be pretty interesting and fun but not broken.
Last thing I think I could suggest. FIRST I would alter the art of this card to have Zulaport Cutthroat carry a rolled up newspaper to be a spider smasher. IT can be a board wipe deterrent especially if you have a lot of spider and insect tokens on the board but it can also work well with any sac outlets too.
On that note I think I do want at least one sac outlet in the deck to get my commander in the grave so bring back for more spider baby triggers. Which brings us back around to the Ashnod's Altar + Nim Deathmantle combo. It may make its way into the list yet. I'll have to consider Zulaport Cutthroat, although the thought of that alter does make me happy. I wonder how many alters like that I could get in the deck? I'm going to have to PM Galspanic.
I am no artist but I was thinking to have the character in the bathroom wearing a towel pulling at the shower curtain. That will take care of the right side of the card. Rolled up newspaper in the other hand and the rest will be a fleshed out bathroom with a tiny spider somewhere milling about. There is also thought of changing the flavor text as well.

I wish that there were a few more options to flicker out ishkanah but green and black do not lend it to that. It is almost like a plausible strategy is to kill off the commander and keep bringing it back. Either way a good land to add would be Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx because your devotion to green will be pretty significant.
I feel like you could do a little bit more to enable Delirium without compromising the theme too badly. Obviously the expensive fetch-lands would be great, but there's also
This is similar to my rough draft. The only thing I was going to do differently was that I was going to make it a token generating deck so I add in cards like Doubling Season, Primal Vigor, and others like that. Also, since I wanted to make it tribal and I thought that I would not have enough spiders especially with the insect tokens to be made I wanted to fit teh card Conspiracy in there. IT can help with Ishkanah, Grafwidow's ability to take opponents out one by one.
I can't wait for this commander set. I think it will be a more casual set of commander. There are a few things that I am hoping for and a few things I am expecting. If there are any rare lands that would get reprinted I think it would be the land from the BFZ and cards that allow us to tutor for a specific land to get those options. I wonder if they will reprint Chromatic Lantern for each deck. I would not be surprised if they make a fully erratad nephilim card for each one, but I would be happier if they decide to remake them with different powers and everything like that so each deck can have double the nephilim!
There are 2 things I really think are going to happen...
1. I do think that most of the commanders will be like the cards from Fate Reforged where the color identity is part of some sort of ability
2. I think we are going to see the reemergence of the sunburst mechanic. (Pentad Prism)
I love playing tribal and seeing what cards from teh past I am able to make usable again.
If I could make a 5 color tribal general I would do this
RUBGW Primordial Ooze (0/1) Changeling 2:Choose a creature type; Primordial Ooze gets +X/+X where X equals the number of creatures you control of that type. RUBGW: Choose a creature type and Return Primordial Oooze to your hand; You may play a creature of that chosen type from your hand for free.
I really liked what they did for the Fate Reforged generals and would for it to be continued.
If there was ever a commander that I think would be a lot of fun to play would be one that allows the player to sacrifice permanents and use the colored mana symbols as actual mana. For example you sacrifice Cromat and you get RUBGW to cast a something in your hand, but if you sacrificed Leviathan then you would only get UUUU to cast something in your hand.
(edit)+1 It also could not hurt to add in a planeschase card or two as they are fun to use in commander
Cool! Similar idea to my Mizzix deck. I hope you have fun with it. Since you have a lot of creatures that have trigger abilities, I would definitely consider Strionic REsonator for most of those ETB effects. Some cards to consider, Desertion for a counter spell/klepto card and Bribery because stealing from the deck is better.
After some fishbowling I realized that I do not have a big enough draw engine to make Tibalt useful so he is out. Remand doesn't seem that useful either but it is hard to say especially when I am not playing against anyone. Quicken doesn't seem to be useful most of the time as well.
On a positive note I am getting Disharmony in a trade.
At the moment I am looking for some more artifact tutoring besides fabricate, could someone help with that?

Ephara, God of the Polis
Eidolon of COuntless battles
Thassa, God of the Sea
Heliod, God of the Sun
Edit: Forgot about Tinker

You gotta have fun playing this game!
Geth, Lord of the Vault can also get you creatures to die for Liliana
Then it would be even more worth it play Stunning Regrowth as well

I am expecting a few trades soon
Helm of Possession and Govern the Guildless I enjoy them a bit more because the control is more permanent.
I am thinking of taking out a few draw cards and recursion/tutors too for cards that do similar things...
