You gain a one-shot bulletproof vest. (The next time you would be killed during the Night, instead you aren't. This bulletproof vest applies the Night you activate it.)
Karn Liberated: Karn’s wrath is supreme. You may target a player during the Day with Karn's -3 by posting “Daykill PLAYERNAME” in the thread and instantly kill them. This kill happens during the Day and therefore is immune to any tracking effects and bulletproof effects.

Basically, venomous-sounding stuff and poison counters are awesome, IMO. Get some Hivestone + Virulent Sliver up in here. (Can you tell I played from Ravnica to Lorwyn?)
Poison is an awesome win mechanic and I love that it has an efficient creature-demolishing method. More people should run Poison/Infect.
