    It's difficult to do very much interesting things with empower at common as common enchantments basically have to be auras. To make things worse, any Aura with empower essentially needs to be a negative one, lest I open the doors to easy 3-for-1s and stupidly unplayable cards. What I have now to enable it is the Luminous cycle which I really think does a nice job at common. At uncommon and above I hope to get a little more interesting with my enablers; Incarnation type enchantments, Ichor Wellspring type stuff maybe.

    W Rostumari Settlement W
    The kor of Rostumari are very recent denizens of the plane, led here from a dying plane by a planeswalker named Marusek. The kor bow down to him like a king and he leads them with increasing severity and paranoia. They are far away from the Tide of Roots and closer to the coast and because they are rather closed off, they know very little about this threat, and prefer to focus on keeping their foothold in civilization. Despite this, there are occasional cynics within the kor community; they say that Marusek has brought them from one wasteland to another.

    U The MoonSight Towers U
    The MoonSight towers are monasteries that rest on the Lemmerin peninsula. There are three towers: South, West, and East,
    with the South Tower being the largest and most important of the three. The monks of the MoonSight attempt to see the future through meditation and also through the moon and stars. The two highest ranking members of this group are Thummarai Jhar, a sphinx, who is a sort of abbot-type figure, and Yagos, a high level monk. The monastery accepts all races so often you may see off-color creature types (like kor, elf, etc).

    B Murtalos, the Doomed City B
    Murtalos was once a great city, but like so many others were, it is now gradually being covered with vines and roots. Criminals or other undesirables are often sent here to rot. As a result, there is also the occasional off-color creature type in black.

    R Corl R
    Corl is a rugged outland, inhabited by barbarian tribes and adventurers and frontiersmen. The Corlish see themselves as having a better understanding of the threat of the Tide of Roots than the monastery (who they see as opulent fools who will sit in their high towers while the world is overrun by nature) and the kor (who they see as cattle who bend their knees to a harsh regime). Oftentimes people moved to Corl when they felt as though they had been displaced from the Rostumari by the arrival of the new settlement or later when the settlement would occasionally expand.

    G The Tide of Roots G
    The Tide of Roots as most call it, or Vshvtharu as goblins call it, is the gradual expanse of nature into human territory. Plants grow faster than usual on Ampelos, but not abnormally fast (think bamboo at the fastest), so this has been going on for centuries at a brutally slow pace. Nonetheless, the Tide of Roots has wiped out towns, cities, and even civilizations over the generations. Surprisingly, this has been embraced by some, mostly elves, who once had civilizations of their own, but have reverted to a more savage, primitive form of living.

    Note: No problem with Sheriff's Warning (except for EDH purposes), just presenting options. Maybe this is a tad too strong for common?

    This was lots of fun the first time around. I'm in.

    There is a problem with the green spell in your twobrid cycle. It forces you to play green to be any good at all whereas the others you can play in any color and they'll still be playable. May I suggest;

    Blaze a Trail (2/G)
    Instant
    Reveal the top four cards of your library. You may put a basic land card from among them into your hand and put the rest into your graveyard. Then you may return a land from your graveyard to your hand for each G spent to cast ~.

    A little bit clunky, so other suggestions are appreciated.
