I would suggest that you play WB at least, for their numerous Wraths and reanimation spells. I would probably play red too, because it has some good wraths, and you get to play Tariel, the Reckoner.
This is going to be a staple in my RG Ramp EDH deck... as it will be for many GX decks... strictly better than doubling cube, and will be be destroyed as easily.
WAT. Not comparable. They do completely different things.
EDIT: Cube, not Season.... Meh, they still do pretty different things.
I really like this card though.
Does anyone else think the card name looks like "Exploding Borders" or something?
From the Urza's land cycle, I think either Tolarian Academy or Gaea's Cradle is best. From the Coldsnap exiling cards, I think Commandeer is by far the best.
Definition of EXALT
transitive verb
1: to raise in rank, power, or character
2: to elevate by praise or in estimation : glorify
3 obsolete : elate
4: to raise high : elevate
5: to enhance the activity of : intensify <rousing and exalting the imagination — George Eliot>
the definition of exalt would argue otherwise.
The first definition seems to fit black just fine (power).
second definition also fits fine with humans who worship demons by giving them power.
where does it say that exalted has to be prideful or orderly?
Just because you have a definition for exalt does not mean it is correct.
And even if the word itself weren't the most fitting, the idea of the mechanic goes very well in black, as you can see in the black AVR cards.
I'm really liking the legends so far. There's one that promotes voltrons, one that promotes aggro/combo, and one that can be used for a ton of different stuff.
Not being "polite" is a bad excuse in my opinion not to include powerful cards. I understand some people play this game casually with friends but there has to be somewhere to draw the line....just because your friends dont like it shouldn't mean that you shouldn't play it.
And you have a right to think that, but some people don't want to annoy their friends. Some people even want to play cards they think are fun over cards that destroy everyone else's answers.
Once again, keeping your "better than thou" attitude isn't going to get you anywhere in this argument. If you have a problem with what I say, tell me how Im wrong. If you can't pick out the mistakes, then don't bother to make a comment. You can't seem to decide whether or not to commit to an argument; you off-handedly tell me im wrong and give no reason, yet you act like im a fool for making comparisons, but with little reason or evidence on your own part. I think you need to re-evaluate what your opinion is and then decide whether or not you whether or not you want to have a stake in the argument.
Lots of people have brought up valid points. Feel free to ignore them, I guess...
Terminally uncreative? Damn, I'm getting a lot of insults, must be bringing up some good points to be getting all these personal attacks.
Or maybe... JUST MAYBE... You're wrong, and people are trying to tell you this, and you're ignoring them.
So sorry sir, but Lion's Eye is banned in commander. Again, you are wrong on your sources. Perhaps I should assuming firefist's attitude and act as though you are infinitely inferior to me, except that this time you really didn't know what you're talking about. It's hard to argue with someone who doesn't know the basics of commander.
I wont say anything... Just that you might want to look that up.
As stated before, it doesn't matter about the nature of the speed of the removal or reanimation. If you pass with jin unanswered, it is much worse than with an unanswered gris. Ill let you contemplate why; if you're spending the 5 seconds it takes to look up which cards are and aren't allowed in the format we really are not playing the same game.
Yes, but if you play GB, they won't get a chance to pass, because they'll be dead.
Wrath-ish cards you won't get by searching 'destroy all':
Killing Wave, Black Sun's Zenith, Blasphemous Act, Mogg Infestation, Chain Reaction, Earthquake, Rolling Earthquake, Fault Line, Malfegor, Hallowed Burial, and Terminus.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head. I'm sure I missed some.

I love him. I'll be playing a ton of mana rocks, card draw (make drakes!), and Time Walks (drakes + extra combat = AWESOME).
EXCITED.
Less so for Nefarox. He seems underwhelming....
If you want to figure out how to do something, you can normally quote someone, and look at the code in their message.
Minamo, School at Waters' edge is IMO the most powerful Kamigawa land. Followed by Shizo, Death's Storehouse, and Shinka, the Bloodsoaked Keep.
What have you been doing with your Avacyn's Pilgrims and Bird of Paradises?
Still pretty cool though, and core set legends are exciting.
