    Perhaps?

    Elin, Bant Hero 1GWU
Legendary Creature - Human Knight [MR]
    First strike, lifelink
Spells your opponents cast that target Elin, Bant Hero cost 3 more to cast.
If Elin, Bant Hero would deal combat damage to a creature or planeswalker, put that permanent on the bottom of its owner's library instead.
    3/3

i don't care what you call your counters. verse or otherwise. it's a placeholder and i'm only trying to help get the wording down. the templating web of confusion doesn't make this innovative. i suggest going back to the drawing board on crescendo. also, focus on using existing wording and templating. don't forget though that this is custom magic and as long as you have the time to explain the rulings to the other players and you have the means to keep track of it all, go for it

Crescendo (At the beginning of your upkeep, put a verse counter on this. Whenever a triggered ability of this permanent triggers, if it's not this ability, it triggers an additional time for each verse counter on it.)

    Monster Egg 1G
    Artifact
Crescendo (At the beginning of your upkeep, put a verse counter on this. Whenever a triggered ability of this permanent triggers, if it's not this ability, it triggers an additional time for each verse counter on it.)
At the beginning of your upkeep, add G to your mana pool. This mana doesn't empty from your mana pool as steps and phases end.
At the beginning of your end step, if there are three or more verse counters on Monster Egg, sacrifice it. An opponent creates a 5/5 green Beast creature token with trample.

The way you have these cards worded needs tuned up quite a bit. Monster Egg ought to serve as a template for all of the others. However, I suggest we keep working on this until it comes to a more realistic point. I'm not even sure what i've suggested works as intended but I think it's close.

Isn't Mastermind's Acquisition strictly better than Diabolic Tutor?

Please don't let On Nixilis create land tokens. I appreciate the attempt at speeding up the game by removing the search and shuffle. I'm sure there is an alternative that will work. That being said, a lot of people on here over-exaggerate the time it takes to do those things. You know what you're play is going to be so it doesn't take more than 20-30 seconds at the very max to accomplish an entire play. At least not for any humans I've ever played with.

The tutor seems boring so I agree with seeking a replacement. Is Innocent Blood not good enough. Maybe if it were Innocent Blood you could have it be the +1 and have the - be something else. IDK.

I agree with creating some walkers to fill in some of the gaps and more that you mentioned.

I'm digging ol'Arti. Throw him in with Crawlspace Propaganda and Ghostly Prison and people can say goodbye to attacking you. I'm not a huge fan of Elin. I do like the voidstrike but overall it doesn't feel like the final draft but I can't offer anything. Bant colors have always be tough for me.

No you're right I didn't notice the word missing. Thanks for lmk.

Void I'd like for you to expand on your panglacial thoughts. I'm here to learn.

    Edit: Perhaps

    Prowling Wolverine 2G
    Creature – Wolverine
Prowling Wolverine costs 2 less to cast if a creature entered the battlefield un an opponent's control since your last turn.

Derp! Dat Fetchland synergy doh Crazy thanks for that. And nope, no reason why fetches needed a bonus. They don't. Trying to make a green bone picker.
It's ability worded because the wolverine is for a custom cube and the marker will make it easier to ID as people learn the cards. It is matched to Panglacial.

The Slug is legendary because it's part of magic lore and I thought it'd be some good fun. Definitely does not need to be a legend. Thanks.

Suggestions on Wolverine cost reduction that feels green?

Whenever Hoont, Spitting Slug attacks or blocks, you may pay GU. If you do, tap target creature attacking or defending player controls. It doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.

Flowform Ravager: Ugh. It looks annoying to parse all the permutations you can do with this. Combat math purgatory for everyone?
    Thought this same thing.

Can't wait to see you post some other cards from this set. I love weirdness. The art on Veridian Watcher is sick but as Tah mentioned I suspect you could tweak it just slightly to make it seem more well put together

Why would starvation stack It is not like Lifelink stacks. Unlike putting a counter with that effect on said creature. It is giving the creature a keyword. I do not know of any keywords that stack.

Multiple instances of Flanking on a creature each trigger separately so that's one. So a creature with Flanking, flanking would give blockers -1/-1 twice. Would not giving a creature Starvation, starvation put a -1/-1 counter on it twice on that player's upkeep? Like I said, IDK for sure but someone could probably answer it. Edit: starvation is a triggered ability so if you target the same creature that you already gave starvation it will have starvation, starvation and so trigger two times on upkeep. I hope someone can confirm or deny.
Hmm, menace on Death. I really rather keep the Deathtouch it is far more flavorful. It does encourage double blocking anyway as your 5/5 is now a 4/4.
If I put menace that is 2 creatures that may not die to her, Sure she may take one out but no guarantee she kills them. This way if you block something dies and something die sin the first place.

Keeping deathtouch means you're killing one creature from trigger and at least another if they only single block. It's honestly insanely powerful as is in my opinion. Only playtesting can validate Smile These look fun. Enjoy!

Please post text versions of all cards. Renders ought to have artist credits. There are slight changes to the ones I've posted below.

    Conquest, the Horseman 4WW
Legdendary Creature – Avatar Knight (M)
Vigilance, flanking (Whenever a creature without flanking blocks this creature, the blocking creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Conquest, the Horseman attacks, exile up to one target noncreature permanent defending player controls.
    5/5

    Death, the Horseman 4BB
Legdendary Creature – Avatar Knight (M)
Menace, flanking (Whenever a creature without flanking blocks this creature, the blocking creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Death, the Horseman attacks, defending player sacrifices a creature with the greatest power among creatures he or she controls.
    5/5

    Famine, the Horseman 4GG
Legdendary Creature – Avatar Knight (M)
Wither, flanking (Whenever a creature without flanking blocks this creature, the blocking creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.)
Whenever Famine, the Horseman attacks, target creature defending player controls gains starving. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on this creature.)
    5/5

    War, the Horseman 4RR
Legdendary Creature – Avatar Knight (M)
First strike, flanking (Whenever a creature without flanking blocks this creature, the blocking creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn.)
Whenever War, the Horseman attacks for the first time each turn, untap all creatures you control. After this phase, there is an additional combat phase.
    5/5

Whew! Now let's take a look.
Out of the four, only War is good to go in my opinion.

Famine and wither are great together flavore-wise but one card having three different -1/-1 abilities has obvious tracking issues. Starving stacks currently I think, which isn't necessarily a problem but is something to consider if I'm right. Also, I'm not digging starving anyway. Famine represents starvation already with its wither. I'd suggest finding a different attack trigger.

Death is wildman and needs pulled back. Deathtouch and flanking don't go together but Menace and flanking do. Remove deathtouch, add menace, keep the triggered ability, but change it to allow the defending player choose as I've worded it like Crackling Doom. These are only suggestions. Even with those changes, it's still pretty good but much better in my opinion.

Conquest is cool with vigilance and flanking. I look to Admonition Angel for power comparison. I think that if you add a noncreature permanent clause and keep the fact that they remain exile forever you'd be good to go. With vigilance and flanking Conquest wants to do combat and if you can exile potential blockers then what's the point?

Well that's all I have for you. I hope some of my suggestions spark some solutions for you Smile
