The Citizen’s FederationWBU| Detain but tied to combat damage*I think @user_938036 is referring to:
Toxin (Creatures dealt damage twice in a turn by sources with toxin are destroyed. Otherwise they become tapped and exerted.)
This could be WU if reflavored. I have it in GUB

Conceive – 1, Reveal a card at random from your hand: If it's a noncreature, nonland card, create a colorless Spark artifact token with "Sacrifice X Sparks you control: Scry X."
Conceive – GUR, Reveal a card at random from your hand: If it's a creature card, discard it then create a token copy of it except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.
*Basically you can do whatever you want with what you reveal.
Cards in your hand represent things on your mind already and then boom an idea comes to you. You don't pick what ideas come to you but sometimes, when it's the right idea, you benefit
Commune of the Wilds might be a good place for you to bring back Inspired. Promotes attacking RWG, supports tapping W, and they sometimes work with Spark Factions which means they get inspired all the time by the creative stuff they do
*I've got a few errors in places but I think the ideas come across
I'd rather see daros care about 2 cmc instead of 2 power. That way you can still include boro's strengths in equipment buffing.
Kir Kan is a neat general to build with. You'd probably draw table focus but at the same time the player(s) with the most permanents probably has so many that they'd want kirkan in play so that while they can easily pop out permanents, they're other opponents will be affected more if they aren't ramping and/or token spam.
I love Vigilance and menace together so much. It conveys a lot of battle prowess flavor. I don't think any opponent will elect to discard very often. The swarm slowly multiplies if unchecked and supports the discard theme well with the second ability. I like this card a good bit
Urkin Witlance |1GU Creature — Insect Warrior
Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)
As long as Urkin Witlance is paired with another creature, both creatures have vigilance and "Whenever this creature attacks or blocks, scry 1."

Urkin Voidbow |3GU Creature — Insect Archer
Soulbond (You may pair this creature with another unpaired creature when either enters the battlefield. They remain paired for as long as you control both of them.)
As long as Urkin Voidbow is paired with another creature, both creatures have reach and "Whenever a creature dealt damage by this creature dies this turn, manifest the top card of your library."

Urkin Hivehorner |1GU Creature – Insect Scout
When Urkin Hivehorner enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a creature card with soulbond, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library.
Sacrifice Urkin Hivehorner: Untap all creatures you control.

Looking for critiques. Thank you
I'm intending to have each Urkin with Soulbond to grant a keyword and something in "..."
If it tests well why not just make this mulligan standard and draft exclusive and use the current one for other eternal formats? Pretty sure all of us are used to using different mulligan rules for stuff like commander, this would be no different.
Agreed. Though 6he more I've been thinking about it for edh, the fact that there's no shuffle between new hands is critical. Until we can test the rule enough I don't want to assume much
I like it. I dont like it. I like it because of the consistency it offers against landless and all-land hands but assuming it changed to this London style I find it hard to believe that combo won't force another change.
Also, I must be missing something about why there can't be different mulligan rules for different formats. Bad example but something like nfl vs arena football rules. Still football but different rules to fit the different needs.
Comparing it to Rite of Replication and as far as tokens to cost this seems right where it needs to be. Two 1cmc cantrips followed up with a Thunderchap is a 7cmc make three token 1/1s that exile eot. seems very reasonable. Sure it will hit some nice etbs worth more than 7 when tripled but that's just edh lol
Here's Kasumi as a legendary creature with similar timings and play strings. Helps me think about the walker in a new way.
Kasumi, the Silent Shadow |1UB Legendary Creature — Human Ninja ( M )
As long as it's your turn, Kasumi has deathtouch, menace, and hexproof. T: Choose one —
• Tap up to one target creature an opponent controls. That creature doesn't untap during its controller's next untap step.
• Destroy target tapped creature.

As a creature I think UB, T to activate might feel right. Hmm
My issue with Hillrazer Regent is how easy it is to use "more lands than you" effects even in the absence of ramp. Knight of the White Orchid isn't a very difficult card to use, especially on the draw.
Besides this ^, Hillrazer Regent seems great like a great card for anti ramp strategies. How can we have our cake and eat it to with Hillrazer Regent v2?
Trample and afflict seem more elegant and much less mathy.
Soulmender seems to be granting bad lifelink.
I don't know about pierce.

There is something about curses that I
don'tdidn't jive with.Curse Cycling! Careful. This becomes more insane with each curse printed. [Anyone tell that to WotC about Atraxa and walkers ?]
