Deck has went through some pretty massive changes and now I think I have gotten it to a very nice place. The only thing I would look to improve is the mana base / individual cards now.
So I had a Savra, Queen of the Golgari attrition cockroach stax fun times, however that type of deck got really singular and really quite boring. I didn't want to completely scrap it so I was looking through the binder and Mimeo jumped right out at me, so I assembled this rather quickly and will be looking to tweak it moving forward.
My favorite interaction happened when people forgot the interaction between my General and one of the other cards on the board until it was too late.
I am playing a Rakdos, Lord of Riots deck in 4 player and biding my time, answering threats here and there and whatnot during this opening bit I have dropped a Worldslayer there are higher profile artifacts for people to deal with on the board however so it just sits in the corner gathering dust.
Then Fervor hits the board, the turn after that using one of my generic pinging creatures in play I do the damage to summon Rakdos, equip his mighty sword and connect with one of the players for 6 no one had an answer so the board is gone and using the 6 from Rakdos' ability I drop Steel Hellkite & Wurmcoil Engine from my hand.
The look on the other players faces was the absolute best.
Seems pretty soild but does Dual Casting do that much for you?
Every time it has come out it has done some good stuff yeah. R to double Nomads' Assembly and then R to double the Rebound on it is pretty fun to do.
Especially the one time that happened with Warstorm Surge on he board.

You run only 35 lands, which is very little. If you run a lot of CITP lands, you'll have your mana available later, making you fall behind. Being on a budget is not an excuse for handicapping yourself as long as you're playing green!
First off, start with 40 lands and then subtract lands for ramp cards you could add. For every two to three ramp spells, feel free to remove a land (which a lot of people still will find greedy). I wouldn't go below 35 in any case, as it'd become increasingly hard to find enough lands to power out your first ramp spell.
Lucky for you ramp spells are cheap, and you can fix your mana with basic lands.
Another possibility is to play Emeria Angel and Rampaging Baloths. These guys make tokens (so they fit the theme) and combo nicely with Perilous forays. Add Amulet of Vigor to the mix, that would solve your CITP problem a bit.
Yes I have. I'm conflicted with it as while it is a powerful recursion effect it seems counterproductive to our goal of filling up our graveyard. I'd use it in Savra, definitely, but perhaps not in Jarad.
So I had a multi-player casual G/W token deck that was fun enough but ever so slowly the casual meta around here has switched into Commander so still wanting some token love I was going through binder and these primers and Rith sticks out like a sore thumb.
Here is the list I threw together I didn't really feel like making my own Rith thread for it.
Those are some interesting suggestions, the Chimera's don't really work because I wanted to deliberately avoid just pumping creatures to swing with (although when in a pinch it is fun).
I ended up cutting and adding a lot of stuff since that first post so.
I used Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Blood Artist, Kamahl, Fist of Krosa, Vraska The Unseen and Kessig Cagebreakers (this doesn't work in a deck more focused around token sac however) as primary win cons. It only really worked because of how much attrition was in it.

I really enjoy how this guy plays, especially coming from a very passive / not really even needed commander.

Thanks for the tips.
True enough that is why I tend to run it along side Zombie Infestation or Sadistic Hypnotist to refuel my yard.
