I don't even know how people can play wheels.dec, a guy in our group built Nekusar and its just so bloody dull to play against...I don't know how it can be fun to play either.
There is some stuff I want for it like some of the better tutors that no one near me is trading and I don't feel like buying at the moment but other than that I really enjoy how it plays.
Bringing up colorless draw power is not relevant...
You are going to need to explain this one, because the power of colorless spells as applied to all decks is the one of the main reason those cards exist and throwing them out while making claims about them not being relevant is incredibly foolish.
With White having such significant token production capabilities does that not make Skullclamp AKA the one of the best card advantage spells in the game the prime target?
I mean I understand saying that all 5 colors have weakness but that is why artifacts exist and why when building in those colors you have to use your skills and interesting other cards to cover for your weaknesses.
I'm glad someone agrees with this. Like I said before, rule 4 only comes up during games to create disappointment for players like in the case of Celestial Dawn or Pacts.
Hive Minding a Pact is my favorite way to kill people though
So I made the Mindrazer deck for chaos exactly like this to happen.
4 player game.
First player a mono blue guy overextends and gets knocked out by a really dumb oversight early (A swan songed Psychic Spiral moved him from killing someone and getting a library being forced to draw and dying).
The game continues and it gets to a point where no one is winning but my board state including Ward of Bones & Propaganda & leyline of anticipation got the other 2 guys to come at me in a group effort.
My 'extra' turn begins so I cast Jace's Archivist & Swiftfoot Boots & Underworld Dreams there have been no counters so I assumed (and was correct) that they had no responses. I use the Archivist's ability to drop my 23 card hand, the Bant player BSZ me for 3 hoping to make me draw past my very small at this stage of the game library.
I have 1 card left after my draw and have picked up Molten Psyche casting it having to use my City of Brass leaving me with 1 life, finishing the game doing 104 total damage that turn to each of them thanks to Metalcraft(thank you mana rocks).
The general doesn't do less damage because everyone else is still drawing 7 cards, well I guess that depends on the wheel in question.
I feel like Library of Leng is a trap. You'll bury yourself in the same cards rather than seeing the new cards that might actually help you win. If you have something else in your hand worth playing, don't cast a wheel.7
I'm probably going to use this new general in place of Crosis in my own Underworld Dreams/Winter Orb deck.
If you like your whole hand sure, if you like 1 of 7 you can still wheel for 6 new cards.
Also Leng is worded differently on older versions it also prevents or lets you look at random discards before you choose where they go which is nice.
I can't believe it took me this long to think of this but Library of Leng is a total shoe in is it not? Wheel but keep the **** you want and then draw it again.
No because you are running wheels which will be thinning out everyone elses decks too and that shuffles your yard back in and conceivably kills someone else.
So so so so many uses and Split Second just seals the deal.
It is actually the most fun. Especially when a 26 card hand gets Metalcraft Reiterated Molten Psyche with Underworld Dreams in play.

The reason for that quote is the dismissal of this for adding that stuff to the colors instead.

I should throw a list in here after I change a couple things around.

So it was the end of the Naya turn (my life being hit down to 2) and going into the Bant turn, in response to his end I flash in Nightscape Familiar & Goblin Electromancer making my Beacon of Tomorrows cost only 6.
