    Just an idea I had for how Return to Ravnica could play out...

    Izzet League, Golgari Swarm, and the Cult of Rakdos have formed the True Conglomerate in response to the creation of the First Conglomerate.

    The Gruul Clans, House Dimir, and Simic Combine have formed the First Conglomerate.

    The Selesneya Conclave, Orzhov Syndicate, and Boros Legion have sworn their strength to the Azorius Senate who remain neutral as the People's Order.

    Charm of the True Conglomerate (U/R)(B/G)(B/R)
    Instant - R
    Choose one -- Discard a card at random, then draw two cards; or sacrifice two creatures, then put a creature from your graveyard on to the battlefield; or search target players deck for a legendary creature and exile it and all creatures with the same name as it.

    //random discard then draw for izzet, golgari sacrifice to grow, rakdos assassins

    Trabant777 - Average all around. Isn't too flavorful, powerful, or innovative. Seems over-costed for that type of ability. Not bad, but not impressive.

    AsianInvasion - Lacks flavor. Extremely overpowered too IMO. Revives a permanent each turn for only 2 life. Add in the mill ability that can mill you in 5 turns. Not fun for anyone IMO. Sorry.

    arbitraryarmor - Feels way more green than blue. Again, overpowered too IMO. 7 mana for a 20/20 with trample and shroud is almost impossible to kill. Too powerful for the cost. Would be cool if you changed it to something like this.

    ~'s power and toughness are each equal to the amount of creatures in your graveyard.
    IDK. Interesting concept and definitely a fun card but needs some work.

    MDenham - Awesome abilities... but make it legendary and lower the CMC by 1.

    CodaPDX - Very cool legend. Would fit better in Grixis but it still needs a bit more to it. Only 1 ability and not too powerful himself.

    Winterspring - Interesting, but I don't like putting so much power along side luck.

    MirrorEntity - I've been typing and backspacing about this card. It's incredibly cool but it just seems like a way to refresh your graveyard so I'd say instead of using delve use something to make it cost 1 less if you put a card on top of your library. Honorable mention Fo' Sho'.

    CrustaceanCrusader - Feels more like a flashback card than a selfmill. NotbadNotgood.

    Bloodyspasm - Cool ability and well balanced IMO but does not feel black at all. WG or RG because it's like battle cry. Zombies don't get stronger when other creatures are dead...

    Cardz5000 - I love your IIW but I just don't like the card. Seems too expensive and the ability is kind of lame. Should be uncommon and 2G.

    Diefi50 - Too powerful in standard right now but you could change it to "an Instant or Sorcery" or a "card with Flashback." Well done but needs some balancing. Also not too exciting or creative.

    avatarz - Cool design. Why is it SCENTinal? Not very rare though and too cheap. Id make it 4 or 5 CMC but give it an ability like "GGG: mill 1"

    ced395 - The exile part makes it seem forced. There are better cards that serve a similar purpose. Maybe if it returned all 3 of the card?

    Cythare - Cool but almost completely useless in limited and too over-costed and risky for constructed.

    Prophylaxis - This is cool. Might be too strong, might be too weak. Cards like this I need to play with. I'd change to legendary too... but if you make him legendary he needs more. I'm indecisive but I like it. Why not just do it once and make the CMC like U(B/G)

    pstmdrn - Love this. Would make solar flare awesome. Probably not a common though as it would wreck in limited.

    Sir Aureus - Not too original lol, but usable and printable. Would combo too well with some cards so you should probably change the ability to exile all but 3 cards from your library.

    ManosKouk - Cool ability but seems awkward. More suited to an instant/sorcery with flashback. "Your spells have delve until end of turn."

    Rithaniel - Fits red's flavor well but doesn't go with the rest of the self-mill cards. Flashback cards can kind of do the same thing as this.

    MDenham had the most fun Self-mill card. pstmdrn and MirrorEntity get an honorable mention for posting really innovative cards too.

    I just looked through the spoiler, and I see nothing interesting or new. I also see tons of cards that are almost the exact same as a card from Innistrad. Am I the only one that is insanely dissapointed with a MaRo headed set?
