Oh hey! Nice to have you back Smash! That land seems...over costed... I mean, I know it is 2 1/1 fliers, but is it worth 5 mana? Might of the Masses is another nice reprint.
5 mana for a spell to make two 1/1 fliers would be overcosted. On a land where you can run that Spell for free other than the colorless mana part it's pretty good. Also an uncommon, so you'll see them in draft and I'd definitely play it there.
This seems like it might actually be playable in green devotion. Their biggest issue is running out of gas, and this works really well as a final card to cast after ramping a bunch in a deck that plays 5/5s, 6/6s, and 8/8s.
Yeah, the wording of his trigger makes him better than he first looks. If you flash him in, block one thing (hopefully killing it), and exile an unblocked guy, that's pretty decent.
5)
Tasigur - I saw someone talking about a control deck with him, playing opponents against each other, and I think it's both a good and cool idea.
Atarka - It's a pretty straightforward card, but it's powerful. Decks with RG tend to want big monsters, and it's incredibly easy for it to get haste and hit for 12 at least. I'm also putting one into my Xenagod deck.
4)
Yasova - I like the effect, and it's easy enough to boost her power.
Silumgar - Not super powerful, but I like the removal aspect.
3)
Kolaghan - It's in the right colors for dragon tribal, and goes very well in that deck.
Dromoka - 5CMC 5/5 flier that buffs stuff incidentally is fine.
2)
Ojutai - The effect is cool, it's just a bit expensive, and UW doesn't run many dragons.
Shu Yun - I could see putting him in a deck for the double strike, but he just doesn't interest me too much.
1)
Daghatar - I like him in limited, but in EDH I really don't want to be spending 3 mana to move 1 counter.
Alesha - Cool effect, but not designed for EDH.
They're better in a set with artifact synergies. For limited I think I'd always play this if my mana could support it and be thrilled about it in UR.

In limited you could possibly get more if you draft them all.
This is a bit awkward though, as it wants you to be heavy green, but that's the color that'll have the hardest time turning on Spell Mastery.
The most likely reason is to model it after Sarkhan the Mad's -2 ability.
Yup, it's one of those "A worse version of a great card is still really good".
