The Godzilla and King Caesar not being legendary could be explained on cards having the two names. I mean, it's not the real Godzilla, but Titanote Rex.

I think they are legit. If we take godzilla aside for a moment, they are 100% legit. No mistakes, kinda obscure template but nothing fishy, excellent quality and very hard to fake a pic like this.
Humanoid sure, I think nearly all of the printed walkers save Bolas have been humanoid? But plenty - including 2 in the last set and 1 in Eldraine - aren't human.

They (the online retailer) is sitting on my money right now it was a pre-purchase. I haven't cancelled yet but more than likely will in the next few days. I am trying to support this LGS/online seller through my purchase but when WotC pushes release date back 3 weeks its hard for me to do so. Yes it is a tiny blip in the big scheme of things, but it was a card specific discount via ebay that may have been spurred by WotC even as they knew they would be pushing back the release date. I am not angry just highly disappointed. The thing is a refund will HURT this LGS/online retailer if I cancel my order. And we are ALL dealing with a Pandemic, don't throw that one in my face you have ZERO idea how myself and my family are affected by it.

A similar thing happened to me. I know for sure that the store i ordered from didn't receive any "seed" by wotc or isn't doing any scam because they are just a couple of young friends trying to start a project they like. They were as surprised as anyone else when this thing happened and even offered me a refund.
I don't care about getting my money. I decided to spend them for cards so i'll have my cards. If i have to wait a month, so be it.
I know that your situation may not be the same as mine, but i just wanted to share my viewpoint with you.

I just pre-ordered 2 booster boxes of Ikoria during the 10% ebay Flash sale thinking I would get them April 24th or thereabouts. Now they get to sit on my money for 3 more weeks? Looks like its time to cancel the order and get a refund.
If your deck completely falls apart because you do not have access to your commander you made a bad deck, plain and simple. You can certainly build a deck that's primary strategy involves your commander, in fact I much prefer decks that do (or at the very least benefit greatly from their commander), but you should always have a contingency plan. Removing the tuck rule simply encouraged bad deck building by removing a check for decks that were overly reliant on a single card they always have access to.
And if you are playing X color goodstuff you can just and play legacy/standard/modern/pionner?
Commander was created to create janky decks around cool legendaries. Deciding to punish the guy who built around is weird legendary like Kethys or Rienne to let win the guy who play 5 color goodstuff and never cast his commander is a recipe for a disaster
And also is still favoring bad decks. I'd take fragile decks over goodstuffy netdecked combo decks anyday.
I think the art type on the poster is going to be for showcase card's only, but I kinda get your point unfortunately I think in the next 5 years we'll have a set with a heavy sci-fi theme, it's only a matter of time till WOTC does it, I know it

All the recent talk about Marit Lage made me think about how wizard could do a Marit Lage card, especially for commander.
My best answer was: don't. There is already a Marit Lage, it's a huge ass token and you have to work to free it.
