Just my $.02 (Have not ever lost to elves with Miracles):
Board in Meddling Mage for their answers to Counterbalance, stick counterbalance. Then wrath them or setup Energy Field or Moat. The combo isn't fast enough to be that scary and they are pretty bad at the beatdown plan. Never board out any counterspells. Trim wincons that won't come online or be relevant in time (Jace / Entreat)
I wouldn't buy any of it. Never.
I got rid of all my old cards because the old border does not look as good as the new one and I'm patiently waiting for old cards to be reprinted with the new frame
And I would likely buy significantly more. The old frame looks so much better to me.
Interesting. It does make some sense to cut back on color hosers before the multicolor block though. I would assume this means no Flashfreeze, Deathmark, Autumn's Veil, Combust either?
Grand Abolisher is listed as out, but listed as possibly in by the linked post. From what I can tell it still fits number-wise. Any reason it was listed as out?
Trust me when I say I've tried pretty hard to make Disrupting Shoal playable in this deck. Its basically a really bad hybrid of mental misstep and force of will, and it turns out misdirection and discard spells are just better in the majority of cases. You just don't have enough relevantly-costed spells to pitch to disrupting shoal for it to work.
Glad to hear that was a mistake. One of our LGS's owner was told he couldn't get a sanctioning number for a GPT to be run as Legacy, hopefully they can get that resolved and get the correct info out there!
As to what to discard, obviously start with creatures, then careful study (unless you need the blue card for force/misdirection), then thoughtseize / duress, as they will never do anything the rest of the time Jin is in play. Next, discard lands. I usually try to keep one fetch or basic to make sure I can beat a wasteland going forward. Then discard reanimation spells, generally reanimate first, then exhume, keeping animate dead for last - it is the hardest to disrupt.
For the death & taxes match, it depends a LOT if we are talking mono-white or more of a junk & taxes list. Mono-white is favorable because they are slow, even if they can disrupt you, and Elesh Norn wraths them. empyrial archangel can usually hold off the whole team and swing a few times for the win, so I would choose her first. Junk & taxes (Wgb) on the other hand, can disrupt your combo more (thoughtseize), and can kill you faster (goyf +kotr) but has less Karakas, so Elesh Norn gets better there.
The UW Stoneforge match is favorable game 1 and unfavorable games 2 and 3, depending on what hate they have. I find surgical extraction very beatable, but have a harder time with purify the grave or leyline. Empyrial archangel is very hard for them to kill, and can swing over a decent number of creatures at the opponent face (or Jace). Elesh Norn kills all of the creatures, and you can usually protect her from everything but karakas, as you have more disruption. It mostly comes down to how fast you can 'go off' and make a huge dude.

Using the www subdomain prefix (www.mtgsalvation.com) works properly.

On a more serious note, this card seems overcosted. I think if it cost less to activate it could be a decent source of card selection.
Also:
Wall: Wall of Blossoms
Angel: Platinum Angel, Serra Avenger
