It looks like Jared is getting a suspension for a lengthy time and won't be able to compete in worlds as rookie of the year.
Basically Randy said that Chris Fennell has started practicing for worlds so this could mean that
1.) DCI gave him Jared's spot
2.) DCI told him if Jared is eventually suspended you will get his spot, so get ready as if you already have it.
3.) Chris knows he is next in line (was the last one cut from worlds) and has started testing on his own just to get ready incase

This ultimately comes down to the DCI investigation (which will take more than the other two recent bans did). Although you do see discrepancies in shuffling, you see him move a card of his opponents to the top and use his thumb to maintain its position there. It is not too hard to accidentally glance at a card while shuffling let alone notice and choose one on purpose one after having practiced your sleight of hand for a bit.
Probably with the amount of play for UR Delver and Burn recently, Scalding Tarn has taken over Misty Rainforest's spot. Before this, I would say that Scalding Tarn was only used barely less than Misty Rainforest. I actually was close to getting a 2nd set of Misty Rainforest at one time because nearly all my decks played them. Now, Scalding Tarn is the most popular fetch in my decks.
(I do realize that there are more options with the Onslaught Fetch reprints.)
Tarn has always cost more than Misty for the most part. Its is one of the enemy colored fetches that has a lot of staying power for multiple decks and is pretty much necessary for anything running UR. The only reason misty was played before was because it was the only green fetch available outside of Verdant for Gx decks
Several other higher level respected players have tried to tell him he should be quiet until the investigation is finished and not cry witch hunt.
He has already tweeted about being innocent and DCI concluding their investigation (although it could be a simple misunderstanding about a previous investigation or just a miscommunication with a representative he talked to)
It doesn't and won't really make me as mad as your horrible attitude.
I guess you haven't see the videos where he clearly flips the deck to reveal the bottom card. After which you should be fully randomizing the deck per rules even though you should not be looking at it in the first place as it is not an accidental flip of a card.
None of this affects me on a personal level at all, I just would not like people to achieve fame in this community through underhanded ways, or have people idolized that should not be.
I don't know and doubt anyone else here or in the magic community that would agree with you that it is O.K. and not that detrimental to manipulate the top card of your opponents deck, that is where I am coming from.
I don't know where you get the idea and attitude that this is right or o.k. on any level.
You continue to damn your own point with, "Well it isn't as bad as it could be".
Fetchlands or lands for 4-6 turns in a row in a format ripe with shuffling effects allow him to do this to multiple opponents or generate multiple only land opening hands for his opponents...
With all due respect you are missing the point here, he is cheating be it tiny incremental amounts or not. I've already detailed about the videos where you can see him looking away and generally why he is looking away.
He is sequencing events in his favor as much as he can get away with, opponents who constantly flood out after every turn he shuffles their decks.
I don't get how you think that its ok for him to get away with a.) viewing cards when he should not be, b.) manipulating even ONE card of his opponents. You do have blowouts but at high level of play it often does come down to incremental advantages you accrue over time vs. your opponent. It is why the legit top players ability to forecast and see their best lines in the worst possible board state allows them to stay on top of things, and why players like Alex B. when watched closely lose 1-2, 0-2 because they cannot generate their cheating incremental advantage.
And even THEN, putting A singular card, on top, and knowing what it is.. doesn't seem THAT detrimental, you don't know their hand, you're not sculpting it. Yeah it's against the rules, but it doesn't seem like he's 'looking for a land' while shuffling to put it on top. He cuts it numerous times on top of that. The top card doesn't change. So what?
You are a damn fool, it is still CHEATING and ILLEGAL. You are not allowed to glance or look at your opponents cards while shuffling/cutting, you are also not allowed to manipulate the order of cards in any way (which he is).
The fact that you try to qualify it and say, "oh well it really can't be that bad that he is only manipulating one card to the top" really proves how much of a fool you are in this matter and that you just acknowledged both cheating and intent, there is video evidence of his shuffling style of his opponents deck being different from his own, and his shuffling style "improving" vs. other players who know he is a cheater (Alex B match)
it is the value of an object and the desire for it that demands the steep price
It was a card from either a sealed league or a draft. They get stamped so you can't cheat and bring in outside cards

You can address everything you need to by editing. No need to post twice in a row.
i did post something constructive, see the above as to why people are wondering that it is taking longer than the previous bans.
If you can not follow forum rules, bugger off.
