actually the new card with skeletons is probably the new artwork for time STOP they are stopping the pendulum after all
and the statues don't realy mean anything wizard's has had those statues for years

From the looks of the art, it might be named Rewind Time/Time Rewind or something. Maybe someone undos everything s/he did this turn(or last turn), although that sounds quite messy

As for the Art, I pick A. B reminds me of the 10th LotP art, the way he jumps sideways looking weird :weird:. A reminds me of the game Assasin's Creed so I guess thats a key factor

Restore Balance sounds nice, but waiting six turns(even worse if you dont get it in your opening hand or next draw step) kinda makes it "meh".
