For everyone complaining about FTV legends, they were available at decently cheap prices not that much higher than MSRP at a lot of places in contrast to the high value ones so you got what you paid for. If this is really expensive, its going to be $80 at most places.

I hold a decently positive view of Wizards and a lot of their employees (even MaRo) but this cutting of relatively cheap ways of saying thank you to players is kind of lame. Maybe it comes from corporate maybe it doesn't but it kind of sucks that as the game is getting more and more popular, they're cool cutting stuff that we've had for years.
For all the people that don't care, I think it's the overall trend of getting rid of all the rewards for players while saying they're going to give us sweet stuff. They haven't replaced the MPR and now they're cuttting/scaling back other promo support. Then they do the much hyped Helvault promotion which sucked for 98% and was awesome for the 2%. They're essentially cutting support because they know that it won't make a dent in their bottom line.
Nobody is going to quit the game over this. Maybe some people did over MPR (Yeah I miss Foil Cryptic Commands and Damnation). Losing Mythic Pre-releases kinda sucked as the replacements are bad and have influenced my decisions there. Gateway is just the next thing to go and doesn't really matter since it hasn't been good in a while. It's just sad because Wizards is probably moving towards a system where you shouldn't expect to get anything awesome for free. They can and probably will get away from it which frankly is disappointing. I just hope they don't take away Judge Rewards because those guys deserve that as a reward for the tremendous effort they put in to support the community.
This is totally cheating. He agreed to sell it and bears all the liability of his mistake. He has a legit store so he should know what's he doing. I'd start by calling up his brick and mortar shop and complaining. And then if that doesn't do anything by complaining very visibly on his Facebook. This sort of cheating is unacceptable.

Check to see if the name on the paypal transaction was Roy Miller, he's the guy who runs that store. They have a phone number 1 (704) 820-8133, maybe you should give them a call. I've done this before and sometimes you can resolve it this way.
I think there is zero chance of Dark Confidant showing up in this. It's 30-50. Basically double the price of the deck in one card. That's not taking account Niv Mizzet who is probably going to be in it (unless that art is just referencing him but that's not likely).
Why are you complaining about this? It's completely random. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. I once went 40 packs without opening a mythic. It happens. Deal with it. Some people get lucky, some people don't.
What did they reprint from the first Mirrodin? Pretty much just Mindslaver, Arrest, Trinket Mage and the Myrs. I doubt they'd reprint anything too good thus no reprint for Bob.
