    Non-human off-color characteristic/iconic creatures

    Rules of the Game
    This contest is a hybrid of the DCC, IIW/winner is judge games like Club Flamingo, and Restriction pool games like Battle Seaway. If you are unfamiliar with either of those the rules for this contest will be explained below, but if you have any questions feel free to ask in the discussion thread.

    Anyone can enter each day.

    To Enter:
    1. Post a card that fits at least two of the current challenges and which challenges you are fulfilling.
    2. In the same post, name exactly two other players to vote for their entries for the previous challenge. (In the event that there are two or less entries that you are allowed to vote for, you may vote for only one)
    3. It is recommended you include a new challenge (NC:) in your post.

    Each day we use the challenges of the entries from two days ago (the entries that were voted on yesterday) if there are fewer than five, the thread creator should add challenges to make up the differance.

    Scoring:
    Votes you receive each day go to your points for the duration of the contest (currently planned to end on Sat. 1/12). The top overall scorer(s) at the end of this period will be the winner(s).

    Okay, so this guy isn't MADE of blightsteel. But he smells like it, he's horrific & he kills people.
    I can only hope that's enough.

    Phyrexian Black Mana , T: Add C to your mana pool for every two poison counters target opponent has. Then if you have 10 life or less, proliferate and lose 2 life.

    IIW: More consequences of dwarves delving too greedily & too deep.
    I’m pretty sure there aren’t any Mirran dwarves, so this guy feels out of place. Mechanically I feel like this has too much going on in too many directions.

    Artifact - Equipment {U}
    Equipped creature gains infect
    Equip 2
    The hardest part was finding a handle that could withstand being joined to the blade.

    IIW: Deadpool or Deadpool-related
    Sidegraded Fireshrieker, but where’s the indestructability?

    Legendary Artifact (Mythic Rare)
    As long as you control a Legendary Praetor or Karn Planeswalker, artifacts you control have Indestructible.
    2: Target noncreature artifact becomes an artifact creature with base power and toughness equal to its converted mana cost until end of turn. It gains Infect until end of turn.
    A remnant of the Father of Machines.

    IIW: Australia
    I know it’s not necessary, but this card would read much better if it said “Praetor Creature”. This thing is downright silly with Jin-Gitaxias, but its not like a 16 mana two card combo is going to be degenerate.

    Sacrifice an artifact: Add one mana of any color to your mana pool. You lose 1 life and get 1 poison counter.

    IIW: A common that feels common, but does something usually reserved for higher rarities. (Examples: Veteran Swordsmith as a lord effect. Vicious Rumors as a Pox effect.Ponyback Brigade as an army-in-a-can.)
    This could probably be a bit more pushed for all its drawbacks, like maybe by making it indestructible…

    Whenever Blighsteel Beast is dealt damage, put a -1/-1 counter on it.
    When Mirrans realized even darksteel couldn't resist Phyrexia, many lost all hope.

    IIW: Top-down IT concept/device
    I’m not a fan of blightsteel having both indestructible and built in degradation. I am also dubious of how often this would actually be cast for 4 mana

    IIW: A card representing something dying so something else can live.
    This is a really cool concept mechanically, and one that I hope gets explored if poison returns, I just wish the card had a stronger connection to the challenge.

    Blightsteel Brawler can't be equipped.
    Phyrexian compleation turned him into an unstoppable killing machine. But it did not teach him how to use a sword.

    IIW: Gates matter
    The flavor of this card is odd when you have Hawks with Swords flying around, I also with you had made this a red colored artifact creature.

    IIW: Dexterity cards
    I would love to get the picture storywise of what is going on here, is this Urabrask compleating the Mirran resistance while still fighting the other praetors?

    When you set this scheme in motion, look at the top X cards of your scheme deck, where X is the number of opponents you have, put any number of those cards on the bottom of that deck and the rest on top in any order. Then put the top card of your scheme deck in motion.
