    I don't know that you are (overlooking something), it wasn't intended to be one of the 'fun' planes. More in the vein of Prahv, Tember City or The Eon Fog. The turn ending is generally intended to be a downside of you can't cast more than two spells per turn, but based on the time fluctuation around Ugin's Nexus I decided to give it a bit weirder of an effect that can become a positive if you play with the stuff that typically combos with Sundial of the Infinite (or if your opponents are trying to do things on your turn that you don't like). As far as the Counterburn restriction, I assumed that cards like Mindbreak Trap would qualify, but I didn't get clarification, so if it doesn't that's on me.

    I guess the precious things are drums blood and forgeries.

    Quibble is an excellent badger, but given his name effect, I would have loved to see them have a class (probably a Rogue as that's what they assign bards as) Seems like a super fun commander. 9/10

    I'm having trouble seeing the Cyclopean Tomb reference with Sengir Bloodline Enforcer aside from once it goes to the graveyard it can do something each upkeep (although the enforcer can be shot off if it gets moved from the graveyard), but seeing as you are well over your required restrictions for the round it won't count against you. This really is a great suite of abilities and has the potential to be both a political card, as well as decent in a one on one match. 8/10

    Relic Forger fixes a lot of the Disciple's problems by just limiting it to your opponent's artifacts. I'm a little sad that this guy doesn't allow you to net mana, but at one mana that would have been too good. 9/10

    Overall I'm going to round up to a 9/10 You had a lot of fun commander toys this round and created some really interesting cards whilst still using almost all (if not all) of your restrictions.

    Question for round 4: When you say "other than +1/+1, -1/-1, or charge counters." does this mean that it must place at least one type of counter that is not one of those three? or that the mechanic cannot place one of those three, even if it places another type as well? (basically, would a card with Infect qualify for the main challenge or not?)
