    Draft Altar of Many face up.
    As you draft Altar of Many, if you haven't drafted another card named Altar of Many, choose two colors.
    Lands you control named Altar of Many have "T, Pay 1 life: Add one mana of one of the colors chosen with Altar of Many."
    This is a card that wants to be uncommon for limited reasions, but has all of the bits of a rare land, which puts it in a weird place. additionally, I'm not really sure why you have its mana ability formatted as a lord type effect instead of just giving the card the granted ability.
    Paliano Mutamorph 3UU
    Creature - Shapeshifter (U)
    Draft Paliano Mutamorph face up.
    When you draft your next card after drafting this, record the converted mana cost of that card.
    As Paliano Mutamorph enters the battlefield, choose a value noted with Paliano Mutamorph. This creatures enters play with that many +1/+1 counters.

    This card needs to say that the card drafted after it is drafted face up, and Pyretic Hunter indicates the last ability would probably be "Paliano Mutamorph enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it, where X is the highest number you noted for cards named Paliano Mutamorph." This card is a bit on the weak side, and could probably be a colorless artifact creature, but I guess blue also does big shapeshifters from time to time.

    Reveal Selvala's Gardener as you draft it. The player to your right chooses a basic land type, you choose another basic land type, then the player to your left chooses a third basic land type.
    When Selvala's Gardener enters the battlefield, you may search your library for up to three different basic land cards chosen as you drafted cards named Selvala's Gardener, reveal them and put them into your hand. Then shuffle your library.

    I feel like "...three different basic land cards of types chosen as you drafted..." would read better. A powerful but fun card, somewhat reminiscent of Paliano, the High City.

    If W was paid to cast ~, ~ has vigilance. The same is true for U and flying, B and wither, R and haste, and G and trample.

    Nitpick time: Bold you names, and don't use "~" for final entries.
    Actual notes: wither stands out here as the only non-evergreen keyword, I would have opted for lifelink or menace (haste also stands out as it basically does nothing after the first turn, so it might be better to go with menace in lue of haste.) Balance wise, I think this is viable at almost every casting cost, which means it's probably too efficient for the flexibility it provides.

    Name feels like a playtest placeholder. This has some obvious synergies with arrest/pacify effects, but the reliance on them in order to mostly negate its drawback is fine. Overall this is a really unique card that I feel really needs a better name.

    This reads like it would slow the game down much more than it actually would as most cards only require one or two colored mana regardless of CMC. It mostly shuts down heavily multicolored decks, and decks that use repeatable activated abilities like fire breathing. I could see this finding a home is colorless or mono-colored EDH decks.

    Anteeiluvian Witness costs 2 less to cast and has flash as long as there are no creatures on the battlefield.
    If a spell or ability would cause Antediluvian Witness to be returned to its owner's hand, it remains on the battlefield instead.

    Name misspelled in card texts
    Antediluvian is not text I ever expect to see on a magic card, but is does make some fun flavor when played after wrath of god. I don't think the second ability should be templated as a replacement effect. Maybe "Antediluvian Witness cannot be returned to its owner's hand from the battlefield."?

    1W: If Vessel of Will becomes a 4/4 Golem Artificer.
    2GB: If Vessel of Will is an artificer, put two +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes a Human Golem Artificer.
    3RU: If Vessel of Will is a Human Golem, create two tokens that are a copy of it and it becomes a Human Artificer creature with lifelink and "This creature gets +1/+0 for each artifact you control." (It's no longer an artifact)

    I really like the Figure of Destiny vibe here and it tells a cool story, I just wish the colors used were more integrated into that story.
