Hey just wanted to throw up a list I've had some success with recently on the Special SoM Block Constructed queues (4 ppl). My main problems are against Big Red which is mainly what my sideboard is for.
So basically if you think you can stay ahead of them or you're playing a control deck, blow up their lands. If not you blow up their threats.
For the sideboard: Arc Trails come in on Puresteel/Tempered Steel and obviously Melira comes in on infect. The refugee, urn, and axe come in on Red. The urn is in to try and help the race, the axe is an indestructable to help with metalcraft and again help the race. And of course refugee is there to be a pain. It's still tough on mono red, I've also tried the peace strider but it just didn't seem that impressive and gives them another scrapmelter target.
The main difference would be to throw in the token package for an alternate form of winning. The idea being with 3 eldrazi out and one forest open, you could sack the tokens for the 3 coloress and fresh meat them, which would combat sweepers. You could also just pull an end of turn shenanigan if your opponent was creatureless. With a Triumph in your hand your swinging with 3 4/4 infecters next turn. Obviously against control you'll need them tapped out or have counter magic ready.
I wanted to say first that i love the idea of the deck. I just don't think green/red is the right combination. So here's my build using the same "shell" as previous builds.

The changes
Plague Stinger is a much better 2 drop than the Plague Myr.
While Virulent Wound is not "free" with phyrexian mana, it's still dirt cheap, an instant for killing mana dorks, and it gives a poison counter.
Throwing the black in also allows us to run Phyrexian Crusader in the sideboard. (I'm actually debating running it MD, but we'll see).
