Okay I'll bite and post my card before my opponent for a change and hope I don't get Dreamcast(tm)ed
Well it is interesting since Elves being the staple of green, and green being one of the xenophobic colours pretty much any nongreen card would be anti-elfdom. So rather than reprint Elvish spirit guide in white I decided to Make an Elf that would go against Elvish principals to defend elvish principals in the quest for ultimate elfyness. (Elves aren't really my favorite creature type anyways, so hopefully the flavor text explains how this elf is an elf and not just called an elf to qualify.) So now that I've used the word elf so much that it no longer has any meaning:
Ironsoul Conjuror2
Artifact Creature - Elf
Sacrifice Ironsoul Conjuror: Search your library for an artifact card with converted mana cost 3 or less and put it into play. Then shuffle your library. You skip your next turn. They embraced artifice to better oppose it. Now it is an addiction keeping their bloodless heartbeat. 1/1
So yeah, In my mind atleast I invented the Ironsoul Clan, who went wayward and used the tools of the enemy to help fight them and in the end lost their ideals. Kind of like how luke almost got seduced by the dark side whilst trying to fight it.
Cliche pre card commentary: living with snow 6 months of the year I can say its hard to capture in the form of a magic card... But a winter storm however.... theres many flavors of them but only one with the word snow actually in its name... I.e. Snow Squall... and any windy storm in the winter will do 2 things... First it'll take the fight quickly out of anybody foolish enough to be outside...and when it leaves it'll reveal a snow covered untraversable landscape in its wake....
So here is that in the form of a magic card:
Snow Squall UU
Enchantment
All creatures get -1/-0 U,Return Snow Squall to it's owners hand: Tap target land. The bravest fighters become humbled and the richest lands desolate and snow covered in their wake.
I tried to make it as unabusable as possible.. so the UU mana cost makes it more of a fast defense for mono blue and combined with the enchantmentness makes it much harder to abuse than Rishidan port.... so one might argue thats a bad thing, but I try to make balanced cards...
I've thought up a good real world analogy... Spells and abilities are like paperwork..and you're all sitting there at the desk.. The paper work gets put down in a stack...and you work through to "resolve" the paperwork in the order you see it...so the last thing put on the stack gets done first...
Sudden Solution1W
Enchantment
You may play Sudden Solution any time you could play an instant if you pay an additional W.
Return Sudden Solution to it's owners hand: tap target creature.

Enchant Creature
Enchanted creature can't attack or block.
Sacrifice Adjourn: Draw a card. In recess may the lesson of the jury be your freedom.
The way no one likes to win... Perhaps maybe for next round I have an idea... Pairing up the scores of people whos opponents were no shows... That way less people get walked... I know my card submission was kinda not so great for this round...though I'll admit it was a difficult round... But I dont really like to think that I walked.. I want to hit a homer or strike out trying...
Devouring SuspicionWB
Enchantment
At the beginning of your upkeep you lose life equal to the number of charge counters on ~.
Whenever a creature leaves play put a charge counter on ~.
Remove 5 charge counters from ~: Remove target creature from the game.
Rear Window... you know the one with the crazy guy looking out his window... and he becomes supsicious that there was a murder...and the suspicion....devours him...:p White because suspicion is kinda righteous and thus white...but it also consumes him and makes him peep like an evil bad man, thus black
I have a question about Banding, its mostly curiosity I guess.
I was wondering how banding interacts with trample?
Say if I were to block a DSC with a Benalish Hero, because the dsc is blocked by a creature with banding I assign the damage of creatures it blocks. IE DSc. So could I assign all 11 damage to the benalish hero?
Warning for not using the card-tags (again) and thus violating the Forum Guidelines of this forum! I have told you before...

No render this time I'm afraid.
I've found the playability of legends is hurt by their generally high casting cost. Some of the ones actually played Isamaru and 8.5 have small casting costs... So I decided to build this card off of an Omega Myr frame.
Triak, Bringer of Seasons2
Legendary Artifact Creature - Golem 1W,:symtap:: Tap target creautre, it doesn't untap during it's controllers next untap step. 1R,:symtap:: Triak deals 2 damage to target creature or player. 1G,:symtap:: You gain 3 life. 1G: Add W or R to your mana pool. 1/2
He can fix his own mana accordingly which I think is nice..
White represents the blinding light of the long summer sun thus the blinding ability.
Red thanks to recent pushes of MTG R&D represents the bitter stinging cold of fall and winter.
and G is spring, with its growing and bringing of life.
