+1 Create an artifact with T: sacrifice for 1 of any color of mana
-2 Target creature gets +x/-x until end of turn where x is number of artifacts you control
-7 you get an emblem with at beginning of combat target artifact becomes 5/5 creature
Starting Loyalty: 5
Doesn't seem to be too shabby, though unlike Tezz 1/2 he doesn't have immediate gamechanging abilities either. Just a useful tool for artifact decks, methinks?
Clearly a standard card. Not useless in EDH, as it makes mana or removes a creature, which are both useful. But it's so inefficient at either, it's just bad.
I think it's nice that some non-narrow cards to counter abilities exist now (summary dismissal and disallow.) I think it will be interesting to sometimes have to play around these when activating or triggering important abilities, and it's probably good for there to be reasonable answers to stuff like eldrazi on-cast triggers.
Like yeah voidslime and trickbind/stifle/bind stuff has always existed, but the 2 new ones aren't so painfully narrow, and are monocolored so they will show up a lot more than voidslime.
I'm sure some folks out there passionately who hate the concept of blue and counterspells on a fundamental level will disagree
Treasure mage is by far the most flexible and will see lots of play, but all 3 cards are honestly very good in EDH
"creatures get -3/-3 until EOT" doesn't scream EDH to many people but there are lots of relevant commanders, mana dorks and other things it sweeps away, and if you have any decent 3cmc or less spell to cast with it it's great. A simple cultivate or mana rock would be solid
The artifact guy is obviously pretty narrow but the value is nuts. Think decks that run a salvaging station package. He's like grim haruspex for artifacts.
unearth is actually a pretty solid extra upside too, can be an uncounterable mass bounce in case of emergency. Even had it get in for the last 5 damage in one game since unearth gives it haste and it bounces everything else.
Honestly I see the R Ghulk over the U... the R Ghulk is a much better creature on the field and honestly, I feel the U Ghulk is too dependant on what is in your yard. I can see many times where this guy will sit in your hand waiting to not waste it. More often than not, I see this guy as another Draining Whelk. And having to leave open 6 mana is rough. All in all, I see the W and the R ones as the best.
White: 5 drop eagle, nothing else
Blue: Bastion inventor seems better than benthic giant to me. Aether swooper, hinterland drake and leave in the dust are solid, if nothing really new
Black: Fourth bridge prowler is playable I guess. I personally have a soft spot for alley strangler.
Red: wtf-busted 2 drop, nothing else really. I guess wrangle for anyone trying to push a steal-n-sac deck
Green: literally nothing? unbridled growth is nearly always worse than abundant growth
Colorless: nothing
Not much of a haul huh. I guess getting a busted 2-drop counts for something.

I really dislike oblivion ring variants in edh, though. Too easy for the opponent to get their stuff back.
Tymna is good. She's a worse, but still effective Edric with access to any colors.
Kydele has potential because you can cast a card draw spell and recoup most of the mana, but having to untap with her is an issue.
Thrasios is an infinite mana sink.
The rest are terrible.

http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/sac-outlet-commander/
getting a creature to sac whenever a land etbs is silly
skullclamp, grim haruspex, smothering abomination, deathreap ritual, harvester of souls, birthing pod
entomb can be an additional, better copy of bloodghast too
it also puts itself into play if milled or discarded to survival of the fittest or whatever
U hulk requires more building around yeah but check it out in a deck like this
Wow, that is a terrible change. Bloodghast is busted.
It would be terrible in your deck
It's for +1/+1 counter cuteness like reyhan, last of the abzan and the above posts here, or just skullbriar, the walking grave
I saw this and fixed my votes but I'm sure someone's votes will be the opposite of what they intended. Oh well
