I think the write up is officially done! If anyone thinks I am missing any information, please let me know and I will change it accordingly.
Now, let's see if we can get Primer status!
The only thing I would like to see is budget alternatives for the crazy expensive cards. (cards over $100), and maybe you might want to think about playing around non-basic land hate. Blood Moon wrecks us for the most part. Might be something to think about.
Wow bro, it sounds like you have had a rough time on reddit, sorry for that, so far I have only found it helpful, but for the record when I see my bros from MTGS, I only have upvotes and love for you.
Has anyone else tried to address the glass cannon effect?
I have not seen it run into any trouble yet other than Zur beating me to the punch, so at this point its hard to say where the sticking points might be. I have not played this deck a lot, and typically after I win out of nowhere with a deck, I switch decks, because I don't want to be "that" guy, but so far so good.
As far as Flagship and Sphinx, in my build I don't feel like they are good enough to take the damage to draw them. (Ad Nauseam and Dark Confidant)
Edit: Looking closer at Flagship, it seems pretty bad in any deck.
The Competitive EDH subreddit is currently the best avenue for discussion of competitive decks and strategies. The community there is toxic, but the lists are usually good.
Well yes and no, the regular folks in cEDH(who I am one of) are not toxic, the problem with reddit in general is there are a lot of visitors who like to troll and derail posts. The good thing about the cEDH reddit is, it is moderated so you don't get things like someone necro threading posts from 2010 on irrelevant decks, and I see that here all the time.
I am kinda on the fence about Yawgmoth's Will, don't get me wrong, its an absolute powerhouse in most decks, especially storm, but here it does not allow me to facilitate both combo's since it has the "exile" clause. I am leaning more towards something like Argivian Find, its instant and it does not hose dragon.
Bit then the deck becomes more "goodstuff" than breya centric. Well that can be good or bad depending on your style. i'm trying to figure how to make it more"eggs" than pure combos, but i don't know how to procede
I originally approached it this way, and tried to build eggs, but I realized Breya was the big egg, all you needed was to power her.
I like the direction you have moved on to, have you had many games to comment on problem situations? This deck is pretty much all in, if you fail to "stick it" there is no recovery.
I've been really tempted to build a Sharuum deck and was wondering if this is a good base to base my deck of off even though it is an old post?
I dunno, it has really fallen behind many other decks, Sharuum is slow, and as Ajacobik said if you are not in a totally cutthroat meta it might be good, but I think if you don't have the cards already to build it, you will end up spending a lot of money for a Tier 2 deck where as you could have invested in something more powerful. Even budget versions of Zur, Jenera, Tasigur, Teferi PW, Yisan, Prossh, or Animar just leave Sharuum in the dust. If you are only going for fun factor, I still think Sharuum is very fun with all the interaction choices, but if I want to wreck face, I go with one of the previously mentioned.
Personally, I believe that Whir of Inventions is better suited to a Memnarch deck than a Sharuum deck.
I plan on using it in Teferi stax, its instant so it can tap down Winter Orb right before your turn. Sharuum's current problem is the lack of speed against other faster combo decks in the format, unfortunately a UUU spell is not going to help us go faster.
He just had a really good hand. He's had a year to work on that deck and has it finely tuned to be disgusting. He plays Jenara as his commander and has multiple nasty ways to kill you. Nothing I played was weak, it was just that he managed to get dovescape out on like turn 4. The deck has no way to get around enchantments that aren't cast. If I had managed to get my stranglehold and get it out early, I'm sure I would have crushed him.
Makese sense.
Bummer that it was only one game though but I guess it happens. Also you seemed to have a good hand in the beginning so it looks like the deck is working well so far.
I'm going ahead with these changes as well for next week:
Having more counters and another kill condition with theif seems solid.
I really love the draw 7's in here so adding another seems great. Plus the cuts I did all seemed like there were too cute to be viable.
That said, Memory Jar could come back in later iterations
I like the direction you are going with this, I hate to say it but I think they further away you get from Sharuum combos and trinkets the more powerful this deck will be. Sharuum has been dying for some time now and trying to use Breya as Sharumm 2.0 is putting us in the same rut we were in before.
Its a work in progress, all of that is planned after payday when I can order some cards, check back in a week. I am editing this list as I actually put the cards in.

...and GSZ can find Leo
...in other news, D2Doomblade: Yeah I think Tasigur is the best for this deck and mine, I plan on making a different deck for Thrasios.
..
BomberDragon pile is:
1. Thought Scour
2. Worldgorger Dragon
3. Auriok Salvagers
4. Animate Dead
5. (anything)
if you are worried about Dragon, you could replace the dragon with LED, but you would need more mana to go off.
I am toying with the idea of using Argivian Find in the 5th slot in my deck just as a last ditch fall back if you get stopped.
