I would add a mana cost (maybe 3?) and have it exile the target land as well. That would make it super playable in EDH to get rid of really ridiculous lands like cabal coffers without being too powerful in faster constructed formats.

These petty supervisors in low level management are often political backbiting SCUM who protect their jobs at any cost including lying their asses off or compromsing care. I am very serious. If it's not illegal in your state I would record all conversations with them using your smart phone as well.
