I don't really see Izzet Charm replacing any of the Izzet burn spells. I recently cut Gelectrode making my Izzet section Electrolyze, Prophetic Bolt, Fire/Ice, Niv-Mizzet, and Desolate Lighthouse. Now I am guessing I will replace Niv-Mizzet or just expand the section by 1.
I run pretty much all of the textless cards I can in my Cube. Everyone should know what the cards do. I have only English cards in my Cube for just that purpose.
My Kangee, Aerie Keeper deck has 2 Homelands cards in it: Serra Aviary and Soraya the Falconer. Some of my other blue decks run Merchant Scroll, and my Phelddagrif deck has Truce. Homelands is actually one of my favorite sets, lots of sweet cards, but mostly underpowered or overcosted or both.
