Explain please. Not saying you're wrong, just want to understand why you are so definite that the tree-huggers are Evil.
One thing I do appreciate about the way they constructed the guilds is that they represent both the good and bad in their color pairings. Often more of the bad parts than the good.
Either they're brainwashing people or being highly hypocrital and using them as human shields.
I despise people who think Selesnya is in any of the good alignments. Members within it yes, but the organisation as a whole is a well intentioned form of Neutral Evil (maybe Lawful Evil if you count "Lawful" as morally driven, but Evil nonetheless)
To be fair, there's more to Black and to Green than that. The main conflict of B/G with W/U is like with W/U and Red, between order and chaos, the needs of the many against the needs of the individual.
Considering that the werewolves are converted into wolfir and the vampire mannors have been destroyed, I'd say that it's pretty much over or near over.
Boros: Probably suspicious, but once again, unless you're doing something actively destructive/illegal who cares.
Given that the Staff confirmed Aurelia to be the guildleader most paranoid of the Izzet, I seriously doubt they'd respond with anything other than "BURN THE WITCH!"
It could be the Dimir, looking to pit guilds against each other as cover for operations, or perhaps as part of a larger, more nebulous plan. We know the current guild leader of the Dimir sent Krenko to nab angel feathers and then to get something from the Orzhov as well, so who knows what he's up to.
I seriously doubt that, considering that just getting rid of a small group of Selesnyans is exceedingly petty for the Dimir.
Besides, it would rely too much on having the Selesnyans react agressively as Ruzi did, and given how Ruzi is an "abomination" among the Selesnyans, it'd be far too gambly for the control freaks.
That said, in regards to Phyrexia, it's a metaphor; of all the colours, Red is the only one who truly values freedom and compassion, which are anathema to a society of mutilator opressors.
Likewise, in zombie flicks, while Red often dies first, it is often usually the last to live. Besides, most horror flicks have unrealistically stupid/douchey characters.
Tell me - between the person who relies on animals and plants, the person who throws water or uses mind magic, the person who actually makes the zombies or can only corrupt living things, the person who can throw blasts of light and the person who can set everything on fire, which one do you think would survive?
And White can still rebel in some way or another, like Augustin IV deciding to "improve" upon Ravnica at the expense of everyone he was suposed to protect, even the other Azorius.
Either they're brainwashing people or being highly hypocrital and using them as human shields.
If they're Good, then so is Phyrexia.
The quick answer? Just take an Wuxing test; the chinese elements have similar personality archetypes to the colours of mana.
Same with passion and Red.

Who survives The Thing? MacReady, who is Red.
Plus, we all know they just want an excuse to smash.

That's kinda of the point. I mean, Aurelia might as well be wearing a twirling moustache
