It actually looks like it's raining lava and he a Magic Force Field Umbrella, just thought I should point that out as I think the art on this card is hilarious! Also Terminate is awesome almost Putrefyish...
Agreed, I love to play B/W and this relies too much on a slow combo, which is Gravepact + creatures dying. Instead focus on disruption cards like Tidehollow Sculler and Castigate which helps against combo and control decks. And more effective removal like Path to Exile, Mortify or Unmake to help with aggro decks. These changes will make your deck more versatile. Phyrexian Arena is a solid card that will give you alot of card advantage in the long run. Ignore negative comments and just keep testing out the deck.

If I have Cauldron of Souls in play and want to give Spike Feeder Persist, can I gain infinite life? I mean does the instance of Persist stay with him even though he dies and comes back, dies and comes back etc. Or can I only do it once?
Umm, I don't know if this has already been mentioned, but can't you just use Pithing Needle against the Troll Ascetic??? Name the Troll and he can't regenerate and hit him with a First Striker or a Pyroclasm. You don't even have to name Loxodon Warhammer. Find a way to deal X amount of damage to every creature and do it. And as far as having to limit your deck choices because of Troll Ascetic it is a part of playing Standard. You have put up with whatever is popular or powerful and adjust to it.
How about a B/W angel for the Orzhov Syndicate.
Something that has a drawback when it comes into paly or every upkeep, but is very powerful and gains and drains life. Kind of like Ultra Exalted Angel .
How about:
Angel of Sin 4BW
Creature-Demon(or Horror) Angel
Flying
At the beginning of your upkeep pay BW or Angel of Sin deals 2 damage to you.
When Angel of Sin deals combat damage you gain that much life and target player loses that much life.
4/4
or a graveyard recurrer?
Angel of Denial 4BW
Creature-Angel Shaman
Flying
When Angel of Denial deals combat damage to a player you may pay BW if you do you may return the top creature card(if this will stick, if not just any creature like Ink-Eyes) into play under your control.

Check it out it might help you out a little bit. One thing I do agree with is that all these weenie decks need 4 Glorious Anthem to be more efficient and win faster.
Nothing wrong with Last Gasp but it seems you have more than enough kill spells for the aggro field. Maybe some discard like Distress to help you deal with enchantments like Glorious Anthem , Form of the Dragon or anything combo decks depend on like Wildfire for example. Other than that your deck looks very solid, great deck!

Combo, control for U/G comes to mind with Opposition! It's kinda comboish seeing as how you have to have Opposition out with something like Tradewind Rider and Seedborn Muse . Madness although I don't think really a combo because it's an ability but can be considered a combo due to its brokeness. If you discard this card, pay a cheaper cost and play it! Also it can be considered a Control Deck because of Circular Logic and you can add in more counters.
