    You need something else to win with over the Auras. Seriously.

    I'm currently testing a permission-heavier version with Guile, because otherwise you're just going to get heavied by Grixis Toast decks, which will be everywhere.

    I agree. 4 Seize and 4 Tidehollow are the first 8 cards you put on a list like this, IMO.

    The list I use:

    // Lands
    4 [EVE] Fetid Heath
    4 [6E] Brushland
    4 [10E] Llanowar Wastes
    4 [TE] Reflecting Pool
    4 [9E] Caves of Koilos
    3 [10E] Sulfurous Springs
    // Creatures
    3 [LRW] Gaddock Teeg
    4 [ALA] Tidehollow Sculler
    4 [EVE] Nightsky Mimic
    4 [EVE] Nip Gwyllion
    4 [LRW] Doran, the Siege Tower
    4 [EVE] Figure of Destiny
    // Spells
    2 [LRW] Crib Swap
    4 [EVE] Unmake
    4 [EVE] Edge of the Divinity
    4 [LRW] Thoughtseize
    // Sideboard
    SB: 1 [LRW] Gaddock Teeg
    SB: 4 [10E] Paladin en-Vec
    SB: 3 [EVE] Stillmoon Cavalier
    SB: 3 [10E] Loxodon Warhammer
    SB: 4 [LRW] Burrenton Forge-Tender

    The manabase is crazy painful, and Crib Swap can be replaced (they were used because they remove Colossus and they untap Bosk, but I cut the Bosks).

    Cut every creature in that list besides Stoic and Rhox. All of them are subpar for Control. You want a couple of high-end winners like Battlegrace Angel, Colossus, Oona, etc., no more than a two-of. Serra Angel can go here, but seriously? There are so many better cards.

    Maybe 4-6 walls like Finks/Rhox/Plumeveil, and 4 Stoics. That's about it. Minimises loss from your essential sweepers.

    Max out the Wraths and Cryptics, and you probably want 3-4 Broken Ambitions for lack of anything better to up the permission count (Cryptic looks a bit silly as your only counterspell). Hindering Light is more a SB card I think. Avoid the auras.

    That's how you build Control.

    I'm not sure, I'd probably take a page from QaT.

    4 Vivid Creek
    3 Vivid Meadow
    2 Vivid Grove
    4 Reflecting Pool
    2 Mystic Gate
    1 Sunken Ruins
    1 Flooded Grove
    2 Llanowar Wastes
    2 Arcane Sanctum
    2 Seaside Citadel
    2 Adarkar Wastes

    Something like that, I guess.

    That's never going to work for Sculler and Charm. You're going to have to cut pretty much all of your basics in a 4 colour deck, I think, and run more Vivids than the Citadels and Sanctums.

    The main reason you'd crun Cryptic here is for the tapout effect, I think (since you're not playing a lot of other opponent's-turn spells), which is why the 4 colour lists splashed for Naya Charm.

    They can also use Naya Charm through Gaddock Teeg, who is a bigger House than the M.D.

    Quote from ShreeK
    I'm fairly certain that when the second sharum comes in to play, her trigger goes on the stack, requiring you to target something in the 'yard before SBEs are checked. To pull this off you would actually need 3 sharums.

    I'm not so sure. I'm pretty cure the SBEs do their cleanup before you can actually play the triggered ability. If this is true, you can't put the trigger on the stack until both are in the graveyard, and thus they're in the graveyard by the time you choose targets.

    Google 'alara MWS patch'. I got it from MTGS, i think.

    You never think about the long game in Aggro except to make sure it never happens. Elspeth is not appropriate for a WW deck. I'd run Ajani Goldmane in the same slot.

    Cryptic Command will be way too inconsistent in this deck, given blue is only a splash colour.

    I haven't done any testing of Doran decks yet, but I like the idea of a blue splash, but the first thing I'd add is Rafiq of the Many. Rhox War Monk is another solid add (I've seen some people say that it's better than Finks in the post-Alara metagame, but I'm not convinced... yet). Mulldrifter can sort of replace Harmonise, I guess.

    A friend came up with a very similar list that plays a lot like Suicide Black, largely because of the crazy painful manabase.

    // Lands
    24, lots of painlands. He runs Bosks and a couple of Vivids, but I don't like them because CIPT hurts this deck alot.

    // Creatures
    4 Figure of Destiny
    4 Nip Gwyllion
    4 Nightsky Mimic
    3 Gaddock Teeg
    4 Tidehollow Sculler
    4 Doran

    // Spells
    4 Unmake
    2 Crib Swap/Nameless
    4 Edge of the Divinity
    4 Thoughtseize.

    It's remarkably consistent, and really punishes an opponent's slow draw. SB is the extra Teeg, plus a bunch of anti-red cards like Warhammer-Paladin-Burrenton, and some other stuff.

    If you're looking to abuse Exalted, you can't really go Control. Stoic Angel and Wrath of God, to a lesser extent Cryptic Command don't really work too well in an Aggro list, and that's what Exalted inevitably is.

    I have seen a couple of neat GWur Exalted Aggro lists, splashing red for Naya Charm as an easier to cast (Ironic, I know) tapdown effect than Crytpic that also doubles as removal, and some SB stuff. The blue splash is basically just for Rafiq in those lists.

    Something that you might find relevant or interesting.

    Two Sharuums create an infinite loop, because the SBEs/Legend Rule kills them both before the second one's CIP trigger hits the stack. If you throw in a third piece, like the guy that gains life whenever a creature dies, or comes into play, River Kelpie, or some other trigger that operates on either of those factors, you have an infinite combo. All you have to do is get one Sharuum in play or the graveyard, and get another one into play with the combo piece nearby.

    Stoic Angel is so bad in an Aggro deck, even an Exalted one.

    I haven't got around to testing it much yet, but I think Troll Ascetic is probably a really good choice for a Bant aggro deck. The enemy-Shroud prevents your opponent from just going "Charm-Condemn-Unmake-etc. it" when it stacks all it's Exalted bonuses, but still allows you to make benefit glorious add-ons of Shield of the Oversoul, Loxodon Warhammer, Quietus Spike, or whatever else should you choose to use it. It also Regens through Firespout where relevant.

    Since a lot of the Bant lists are largely white, even if they are three colour (Squire, Paladin, Duelist, Battlegrace, Paladin, etc.), I think Figure of Destiny could be playable in the one-drop slot over Birds of Paradise.

    You seriously can't do better than Snakeform in white? Condemn, Arguably Crib Swap, Runed Halo, etc? I really don't see Snakeform as a MD card in either mono-green or mono-blue, and I don't even believe it's worth SBing when you're in white.

    I think your list at the moment looks too much like a tap-out deck to gain much advantage from Cryptic Command. You either want to cut them for more powerful cards like Wrath/Primal/etc., or possibly cut something else to add a bit more opponent's-turn stuff. As much as I hate the card with the fury of a thousand exploding suns, Broken Ambitions actually does that job fairly well, you can run it over the Snakeforms.

    I recommend trying Courier Capsule over Mulldrifter, too. I've found it's much better in my testing, especially when you're not running Makeshift Mannequin or Reveillark.

    Finally, I'm not really sure you need 4 Finks and 3 Rhox, you could probably do with just one of them. Other cards that might be worth considering are Plumeveil (actually a removal spell, not a creature), MD Condemns, and maybe a couple of Elspeth, Knight Errant, because she is REALLY good.
