Went 4-0-1 last night, "splitting" in round 5 to the mirror. Got 2nd out of 21 people
Rd 1 - Some graveyard based deck (2-0) W
Rd 2 - Abzan Control (2-0) W
Rd 3 - Mono Black Devotion (2-1) W
Rd 4 - Elves (2-1) W
Rd 5 - Abzan Control (1-1-1) D
The deck performed very well as should be expected, didn't have any of the new cards to add but I honestly don't think anything needs to be changed.
Went 3-1 last night with the same list I've been piloting for over a month now. My only loss came to GR Dragons which compared to Devotion, is a lot easier to deal with, I just couldn't draw what I needed in time. I only saw 1 Siege Rhino the whole match which is usually a bad sign.
Snapcaster isn't tied to Innistrad, it's tied to the flashback ability. Flashback isn't evergreen, so they can only reprint Snapcaster in a block if flashback returns, which is probably several years off.
Or in say, a set like MM3 or a commander pre-built.
Went 4-3 today finishing in 44th out of 111 people.
It was a long day so I'll try to remember what I played against.
Rd 1 - Esper Dragons (2-1) W
Rd 2 - Rakdos Dragons (1-2) L
Rd 3 - 5C Dragons (2-1) W
Rd 4 - Abzan Megamorph (0-2) L
Rd 5 - Jund Aggro (1-2) L
Rd 6 - Gruul Dragons (2-0) W
Rd 7 - Atarka Red (2-1) W
I was very happy that I never faced RG Devotion but a little frutrasted to lose to Jund Aggro. They were good games all around, nothing to be too upset by.
Okay, that makes more sense. I think if we tailor the maindeck to beat GR, then the matchup won't be as bad. I'm running 10 maindeck answers to the deck with an additional 5 in the board.

Does anyone here still play abzan control? With R/G devotion and Co-Co deck and Esper Dragons down in popularity I think it's a decent choice.
I've been playing the deck for the past 3 weeks now. I'm currently 7-1-2 with my version and I have a 5k tomorrow. Also, I'm not sure RG Devotion is down in popularity. The deck just won the TCGPlayer INVI and put up solid results at the SCG INVI as well.
I think right now is the time to sell Kolaghan's Command foil. You could wait, but it probably won't go up much more unless Grixis and Jund do even better in Modern.
What is the ceiling on foils of Kolaghan's Command? Right now they are around $25 mid on tcgplayer. Can they go higher or is $25 the highest it will go? Thanks!
They could always go higher, but I don't personally think it's a good time to buy. I am going to my LGS to look for 2 of them on store credit because $50 cash for a Fate Reforged rare is ridiculous.
I was actually looking to trade away my copy at the 5k I'm going to this weekend.

Went to a monday event, only 6 people because hockey... not sanctioned but they still gave out store credit. I went 2-1 for 3rd netting me some credit.
Rd 1 - Mono Red (2-0) W
Same guy I played on Friday, this time he was playing Impact Tremors main.
Rd 2 - Sultai Aggro (1-2) L
I'm not sure what this deck was doing but he ended up getting me on a misblock because I failed to read what warden of the first tree did on his 3rd ability. Had the match in the bag otherwise and I don't expect to see the deck ever so I'm okay with losing even if it cost me the match as a result.
Rd 3 - Abzan Aggro (2-0) W
He just gave me the win so I could collect credit.
Very happy with the list. I'm 7-1-2 with the deck going into the 5k on Saturday. Wish me luck!

Going into the 5k next Saturday I'm 5-0-2 with the deck I posted last week. Loving casting rhinos again, best decision I've made in a while.
