I don't think it is a staple and I am not running it at 360, but I wouldn't find it odd to see in another 360 list. I think I cut it after Watcher for Tomorrow came out.
If I were to go to 450 it probably would be included.
Thinking about it: Scrapwork Mutt, Combat Courier, Recommission & Horned Stoneseeker: Seems interesting if I ever want an artifact package in my cube. Combat Thresher: Cool card for blinking. I have just no idea what to cut. Arbalest Engineers: I only play 2 cards per guild but I would seriously consider this if I had 3 cards per guild. No One Left Behind: Is this better then Stitch together or Dread Return? Goblin Blast-Runner: I do play rare lands including fetch in my cube but I still think this guy might not trigger enough. On the other hand in a more aggro version of aristocrats it probably only needs to trigger twice to be worth it.
I think Sicarian Infiltrator is very strong. At 5 mana it is a Jace's Ingenuity for which one of the cards you draw is a free Raise the Alarm that makes 1/2's instead of 1/1's. Moreover, it has the flexibility to be cast at 3 mana when you need something in the early game or for 7 (and maybe even 9) in the late game. Also, it is not terrible when blinked.
Ordering a copy but adding right now (or maybe ever ;)): Space Marine Scout
I play rare lands (duals and shockduals) so this is better for me than most peasant cubes, but not sure what to cut. I like all of my current white cards better. Heralds of Tzeentch
| love cascade in any color but blue. Cascading in a counterspell feels so bad. Also, I like all of my blue 5 drops more and I am hesitant to add another. Grey Knight Paragon
Strong card when it works, but very reactionary which feels bad for a five drop.
No talk about Sanguinary Priest? Compares favorably with Falkenrath Noble imho.
Triggers only on your creatures dying, but can target creatures (and planeswalkers I guess) and a 2/4 Lifelink is more resilient than a 2/2 flier.
Edit: I just noticed it hasn't been added here so:
Sanguinary Priest (3)(B)
Creature - Astartes Cleric
Lifelink
Whenever another creature you control dies, ~ deals 1 damage to any target.
2/4
Scion of Darkness doesnt seem like a very good reanimation target. It has no protection, only creates value after it deals damage and if you reanimated it early (which is ussually the game plan in reanimate style decks) the odd are you don't have a target in your opponent's graveyard. Sure, it can put itself in the graveyard but so can Void Beckoner which finishes the game more quickly
when reanimated.
Loleth Troll is a nice downshift. Not sure if I'll end up putting it in my cube though as I have only two spots per guild.
A Red 2 Drop TBD > Mayhem Patrol: As mentioned above, this is a 2/2 Menace for 1R with upside. Not only can you use the +1/+0 elsewhere if needed, but if you draw this late, you can add 1/2 extra points of damage to the board and cycle it in the process. I expect Patrol would play well, but Red's 2s are competitive.
I replacing Gore-House Chainwalker and I see it is also in your cube so might I suggest that one? I think the difference between a 3/2 and a 2/2 menace is already very slim and Mayhem Patrol is better than a 2/2 menace.
Includes: Inspiring Overseer - Good card is good. Rumor Gatherer - Not sure if this will stay but it seems decent card draw in white so I'll have to try. Mayhem Patrol - A 2/2 Menace for 2 is a reasonable floor and late game this cycles in a interesting way. Witty Roastmaster - Fits well in W/R go wide decks, but as someone else pointed out it is also decent in B/R aristocrats as a second Spiteful Prankster. Jewel Thief- I want to push Gruul more as a tempo/ramp deck and this seems very good in that deck.
Witness Protection: I like this more than Bind the Monster and Bubble Snare in a control shell but prefer Bind the Monster in a more tempo oriented deck. Depends on what you want your blue section to do I guess.
Cards that caught my eye so far: An Offer You Can't Refuse: Don't think this has a place in my cube, but it's an interesting effect in peasant nonetheless. Rumor Gatherer: If you support a token strategy in white (which many peasant cubes seem to do) this seems pretty good. Mage's Attendant: Interesting card and probably good enough for my cube, but pretty bland so it is hard to find a cut to test this.
I love blink as an archetype becomes it needs very little dedicated support. Most if not all blink targets are good enough on their own and most blink spells are still decent in decks without many blink targets. The only narrow blink cards I run are Displace, Ghostly Flicker, Momentary Blink and Soulherder. All the other cards are still fine in other decks as well.
The deck can be very strong but is often weak against full aggro decks. This can be mitigated by cards like Aven Riftwatcher and Lone Missionary but in my experience you should be careful to not add to much life gain if you want to support aggro in your cube. Drafting it is straightforward but not really parasitic as most cards are good enough on their own. You can start your draft with Ghostly Flicker or Soulherder and work from there but you can just as easily have a U/W control deck and see a second pack Ghostly Flicker and look at your cards and think: "Yeah, that's definitely good enough in my deck".
As for playing the deck, I think it is very fun to play, the only downside is that it doesn't often have a premium win con. This means that sometimes you have taken over the game, your opponent has no board presence, is on 20 life and is in topdeck mode, you are on 6-8ish life, have 6 cards in your hand and your are trying to win by attacking with a Mulldrifter or Cloudkin Seer ten turns in a row. This can be frustrating to play against.
I have been thinking about the red sweepers in peasant. How would you rank them? I have added the percentage of peasant cubes that play this card according to cubecobra and the number of cubes that play this card in the mtgsalvation average peasant cube 2021 survey (thanks again calibretto!).
If I were to go to 450 it probably would be included.
Recruitment Officer: I think this will replace Mardu Woe-Reaper
Zephyr Sentinel: Good card is good.
Third Path Iconoclast: A bit boring for a guild card but does create a lot of redundancy.
Ashnod's Harvester: This seems like a solid aggro beater and my black supports aggro.
Haywire Mite: Seems very solid and better than Thrashing Brontodon
Bushwhack: I'll like some more good green cards that are not creatures.
Gurgling Anointer: I think this is solid in a blue/black control deck and want to try it.
Thinking about it:

My swaps:
Sea Gate Oracle > Sicarian Infiltrator
See above.
Guildsworn Prowler > Triarch Praetorian
I like vertigo451's swap so I'll just copy it.
Falkenrath Noble > Sanguinary Priest
Noble is not made for the aggro aristocrat deck, but for the slower version of the deck. The Priest is better in that deck.
Rite of the Raging Storm > Noise Marine
Not sure about this one. Marine is strong, but I might like Rite better in the red five drop slots. We'll see.
Ancient Tomb > Night Scythe
A colorless 3/1 flier for 3 mana is new and seeing how Spined Thopter still does work as a colorless 2/1 flier for 2 mana I can see this being good.

Raffine's Informant: Reminds me a bit of Merfolk Branchwalker but this is obviously weaker but in white. Not exciting but might be good enough?

Looking at your cube I would replace some of the protection spells like Ajani's Presence, Emerge Unscathed, Shelter, Test of Faith etc. in white for some blink spells as they can serve a similar function (cards like Ephemerate, Cloudshift and since you seems to support +1/+1 counters Otherworldly Journey and/or Long Road Home are decent as well).
You play most of the premium blink targets already (Mulldrifter, Cloudgoat Ranger etc.) You can replace some of the dedicated flier cards in blue and white with cards that like Watcher for Tomorrow, Alirios, Enraptured, Sea Gate Oracle, Master Splicer, Glimmerpoint Stag, Dawnbringer Cleric, Whirler Rogue and the before mentioned Displace, Ghostly Flicker, Momentary Blink and Soulherder.
As for the other colors:
Green usually brings the most. It has Eternal Witness and Timeless Witness for "comboing" with Displace or Ghostly Flicker. It also has some other premium blink targets like Blossom Prancer, Trostani's Summoner and Acidic Slime. Halana, Kessig Ranger is also pretty good with blink spells. It also has quite of few cards like Llanowar Visionary, Wall of Blossoms, Reclamation Sage which are good on their own and decent to blink.
Red brings the obvious Flametongue Kavu but also Beetleback Chief, Ardent Elementalist (for "comboing" again) and Imperial Recruiter (can search for a lot of good blink targets and can be blinked itself as well).
Finally, black gives you the "etb: destroy creature" cards like Shriekmaw, Skinrender and Ravenous Chupacabra. It also has some other decent blink targets like Vampire Sovereign and Sling-Gang Lieutenant. It also has some cheap reanimate cards which can work well with creatures with etb abilities and cards like Malakir Rebirth and Undying Evil.
