Auto-include: Dragon Hunter - This block gave me two extra 2/1's for W. That was exactly what white aggro needed.
Thinking about: Silumgar Sorcerer - Not sure, is it really better than Spiketail Drakeling? Blood-Chin Rager - Not sure if this better than Nezumi Cutthroat. On average, it has worse evasion but an extra toughness and can be pretty nice in Rakdos aggro. Lightning Berserker - I am reasonably happy with Stonewright so this might be ok. Rakshasa Gravecaller - Not sure what I would want to cut for this. Also you have to have a creature on board you wish to sac or else it's just bad.
What is everybody's experience with Stoke the Flames? Ever since I added after M15 it has been mediocre. It's still removal so it might get maindecked once in a while, but it isn't as good as I thought it would be.
Simic is also a guild that I could easily make cuts in. The powerlevel of my gruul or izzet section is way higher than my simic or azorius on. (I have 3 cards per guild and organize hybrids separately)
On topic: I kinda like the rakdos dragon although if I wanted a Rakdos control card I would probably prefer Bituminous Blast. The other multicolored dragons don't interest me.
I use Booster Tutor and just make packs of 15 cards from the cube. As I have a cube of 400 cards and we usually play with 4 players it's really easy to do so. As for power level, it is really good in any three color or more deck and reasonable in a two color deck. Moreover, it's an instant tutor for 1 mana that puts the card straight into your hand. Also don't forget that the card can actually change zones, so if the searched card ends up in your graveyard you can reanimate/Regrowth it.
Edit: i think having 45-60 cards left after drafting is enough for Booster Tutor. It is unlikely it will be cast every game and you can always shuffle the remaining cards together again to make a pack. Sure, there will be some overlap if cast multiple times but that is not different from when opening actually boosters.
Quest for the Gravelord has been very solid for me since its addition three months ago. It turned out to be very easy to get three counters even if we played it very late in the game.
Looter is a great card, however two cards in my cube serve a similar function and arguably do it better (Enclave Cryptologist & Looter il-Kor). I don't think I want a third card with that effect.
I played both Enslave and Dead // Gone at one point in my cube because I liked them in Time Spiral Limited. I think both can be decent addition in cubes of 540 or bigger. Enslave might be good enough for 450.
On another note, what are people's experiences with Hour of Need? It has been pretty mediocre here. it mostly ends up in sideboards, what type of decks would like to have Hour in Need?
Fate Reforged update: Midnight Haunting > Mardu Woe-Reaper
Woe-Reaper is an auto-include and I don't have enough good white 1 drops as it is. Haunting wasn't really doing it. Murder of Crows > Frost Walker
Murder of Crows is just a slightly better Air Elemental. It's fine but nothing special, Frost walker seems interesting. Intimidator Initiate > Goblin Heelcutter
I hate cutting a red 1 drop, but this guy was in sideboards most of the times. Heelcutter seems solid. Fierce Empath > Abzan Beastmaster
I want to test Beastmaster and the Empath has never really performed since it addition. Sprout Swarm > Temur Sabertooth
Sprout Swarm finally gets cut. There are still match-ups in which it almost single handedly wins the game but those are not the type of match-ups I want to support anymore. Sabertooth might also be good in those match-ups but at least is also good in other match-ups as well.
Other changes: Far // Away > Moroii
Far // Away has underperformed for quite some time and Moroii might be just want Dimir wants right now.
I played with Library in a limited format once and losing games where it was in my opening hand seemed almost impossible. At the time I didn't have a cube yet or else I might have kept and tried it instead of trading it away the very same day, but my experience is that is very high variance since it's a lousy top deck, but if it's in your opening hand your chances of winning will go up with at least 30%.
I run Fleshbag and will probably replace it with the new one as I will be playing Mardu Woe-Reaper. Although Marauder interacts with Sarcomancy somewhat.
I might test Orc Sureshot, it seems better than Goldnight Commander which I cut a while ago, but Sureshot might be good enough.

I don't really like Vulturous Aven or Great Teacher's Decree. Decree really needed to be instant...

You could probably do with 35 lands. However, if you are keeping the 5 cards per guild 40 fixing lands might be reasonable.
Merfolk Looter > Old Man of the Sea
Didn't want to cut an aggro card and Looter isn't that special.
Also, one other change:
Nyx Weaver > Dreg Mangler
Weaver proved too cute.

Still thinking about also trying Vaultbreaker, Orc Sureshot, Mardu Scout and maybe Humble Defector.
Mardu Woe-Reaper: Cutting Midnight Haunting most likely.
Frost Walker: Cut some random control dude.
Orc Sureshot: Not sure what to cut yet.
Abzan Beastmaster: I haven't been impressed as of late with Fierce Empath so that opens up a spot for this guy.
Temur Sabertooth: Some green four or five drop.
I might test Orc Sureshot, it seems better than Goldnight Commander which I cut a while ago, but Sureshot might be good enough.
What people's though on Break Through the Line?
I do like the Destructor Dragon somewhat. It's a 5+ mana dude which almost always is a two for one against a non-white deck.
