Ehh...it seems very weak. 6 mana for a 2/6? It's better coming back as the 2/2 over and over for free, since I'm pretty sure that when something leaves play it reverts to "normal", so this becomes face up no matter what when it leaves play, as long as it isn't in your hand. (Run on sentence ftl!)

Enchantment
Put a charge counter on ~: Roll a six sided die.
1 - Add B to your mana pool.
2 - Add U to your mana pool.
3 - Add G to your mana pool.
4 - Add R to your mana pool.
5 - Add W to your mana pool.
6 - You lose the game.
If ~ has more than two charge charge counters on it, you lose the game. At the beginning of your untap phase, remove all charge counters from ~.
Round 1: Enduring Ideal Game 1: I'm curious as to what I'm playing against, and keep a one-land hand. I go on to play five one-drops, then see an Enduring Ideal bringing out... Night of Souls' Betrayal. I finally get a second land, with which I use to Gift of Estates into three more. His second enchant is Form of the Dragon. I play my land and pass, cutting down to 15 life on his turn. His third enchant is a Dovescape. I topdeck a Kami of Ancient Law to eat his Form, his only other Form is in hand blocked out by the Ideal, and he concedes. WIN Sideboard:
-2 Bathe in Light
-1 Hokori, Dust Drinker
-1 Manriki-Gusari
+3 Terashi's Grasp
+1 Circle of Protection: Red Game 2: I get a much better hand, pulling the third turn 5-damage swing and quickly getting a win before Ideal even shows up. WIN
Round 2 (Top 4): B/r Hand Game 1: He plays a total of about 12 creatures, each of which dies to my Umezawa's Jitte. Eventual concession of the game. WIN Sideboard:
-2 Gift of Estates
-2 Bathe in Light
+2 Wrath of God
+2 Terashi's Grasp Game 2: He keeps a one-land hand, but manages to hold on and recover quickly. His Hands of Cruelty slaughter me. LOSS Sideboard:
-2 Terashi's Grasp
+2 Bathe in Light Game 3: I play out threats and beat down hard. Two Anthems manage to turn my fliers into 3/3 victory conditions. WIN
Round 3 (Finals): Simic Sky Swallower Game 1: He breaks down each of my threats, then beats down with Simic Sky Swallower. (LOSS) Sideboard:
-2 Bathe in Light
+2 Wrath of God Game 2: He breaks down each of my threats, takes out my lands with Wildfire, then plays a Simic Sky Swallower. I Wrath of God for a quick fix, only to come face to face with a second. (LOSS)
Not even. To run Ghost Quarter would mean I would need more land, meaning fewer slots for spells. Don't even mention the Wayfarer, as that isn't a possible option at the moment. (That, and it still wouldn't solve the problem alone, given that Ghost Quarter only provides colorless mana)
Though his work wasn't quite as solid as when the brothers were together, this is still a big loss, to Magic's art group and, likely, to the rest of his family.
Turn 3: Char (oh wait, they can't Char anything for now.)
They can char you. ; j
Overall, it looks good. Ever consider either Selesnya Guildmage or Golgari Guildmage? Selesnya can make you a Saproling to grab the auras in a pinch, and Golgari is a mana sink for powering up the one man army.
Wouldn't that hurt me more due to my general need for white mana in a deck featuring only 21 lands in the first place? I'd need to run Gift of Estates, or something.
Why are you playtesting a deck you built for "post-rotation" against decks built for Kamigawa? It doesn't prepare you for the Future Future metagame any.

Seek out more Godless Shrines. And Caves of Koilos while you're at it.
Ghost Council of Orzhova is good too. Not sure why you have Shadow Lance in there...
Currently untested, I'll get back to you on it.
:: Terashi's Grasp
Will be useful in the sideboard.
:: Ghostquarter
...?
:: Quicksand
lol, no
:: Ghostway
Will be tested once I get my hands on some.
:: Loxodon Warhammer
Will be tested in 2, then 3-count
:: Hokori, Dust Drinker
Will be tested once I am in possession of some.
Tournament pack label is a little too bright for the rest of the box.
Did some minor and subtle mods.
