End of turn eat one of the saps, so I don't lose two life.
I don't think you quite understand my attitude to your not respecting our agreement. It's not like some minor strategic quirk of this particular game. You have, in effect, published the fact that you are inherently untrustworthy.
However, I nonethless was under the impression that it was an accident on your part. Now you're saying that you're offended that you don't get to surprise backstab me? Seriously? That bothers you?
Well, just in case you actually are genuinely offended, I should probably explain my position. Treaties of whatever kind are not part of the game rules of DCX. I could have broken our pact at any time, but chose not to for a variety of reasons, but primarily because I believed you would adhere to it. Clearly I do not believe that now.
I'm not mad at the backstab, I'm mad that the rewind went to the beginning of your turn, rather than to where the mixup happened. Whether you trust me or not at this point is of no concern to me (well it is, give me a moment.). I know the consequences of betrayal and I also did what I did for a reason. I would rather have never been put in this situation, but agreeing to one thing, forgetting about it, and then agreeing to a counter were my fault.
But, to say it bluntly, "It's just a game."
So, I'm just going to "cool off" about this whole mishap.
I would like to point out that I think it is REALLY dumb that you are making plays based on a betrayal that hasn't happened yet (due to rewind).
Also, hidden information was also revealed because of this CF that should not have been.
That is correct. Damnit, sorry man, I guess I shouldn't agree to two different things that conflict, in this case I'm going to go with my first promise.
Of course, he can net a short term gain now by disrupting my attack, but it's been years since anyone actually broke an alliance in a DCX game. And with good reason - a small advantage in one game is seldom worth being considered untrustworthy in every subsequent game.
I still play games of RISK with my friends from time to time, there have been only two instances of someone going back on an alliance, and, whenever we play a game with either of them there is RARELY, if ever, a situation where we will form any sort of agreement with them.
Sorry for the wait, here's my turn:
EOT I put a sap into play.
This turn I tap all to play Stronghold Overseer

And of course I shrink your guys.
PLUS, in response to Sunhome I will definitely shrink the doods.
Also, on Bat's second upkeep (once it finally comes around), consider your guys to be smaller (Activate SHO once)
All doods get smaller, by 2 in fact.
Activate SH overseer once, then once again.

I believe that maxim holds here.
