I feel like when they released the information on brawl, they announced that it was a 2 headed giant-like format, but I can't find this information anywhere and I see a lot of people posting stuff online. So my question was, is it 2 headed giant, 1v1 or 4 players free for all? I'd like to be sure before building something and getting wrecked at my LGS because I didnt know about this
I write a rough draft of a Bant Version, I really like winged sliver & shadow sliver with the 3 lords and the virulent sliver
I really want to play Homing sliver even if I don't run any red because it's a tutor for colorless mana that will fetch the sliver we need!
For the other spell I don't really care so I added stuff to fix my mana, I didn't try it yet but I'm sure it will be fun! I'm not sure about the other spells if you have any Idea I'll be glad to try them!
i am glad you enjoy playing this deck! what do you like about it specifically? any card interactions that caught your interest? feel free to tune it to your style also.
I just really likes how complicated the board may get, and god it feels so good sometimes when you just win out of the blues, like the other day, I had so many token producer + phyrexian altar and vizkopa guildmage, I played the blood artist and I drained like, 70 life to all my opponents it was awesome!
Also I recently tried adding Academy rector to the deck, it's really awesome! you should try it just to see
I don't think they'll reprint the old ones since all the new slivers seems to have the effect 'all Sliver YOU CONTROL' They did release the flavor text of the old ones, but since Blur Sliver gives haste while the flavor text of Heart Sliver was release, so I think they'll reprint new Slivers with the abilities of the old one which flavor text were release (aka as hibernation sliver and crystalline sliver (probably Higher mana cost and Hexproof instead of shroud on crystalline remake).
Well I just hope we'll be able to see a good sliver deck in Modern since the deck is dead in legacy....
Why don't you run Vindicate over Mortify? it's just better
I also think you should run Diabolic Intent as a tutor over Dimir machination, it cost less, work as a Sac outlet and can search for whatever you want!
Also In your lands, Barren Moor would is better than Polluted Mire, it does the same thing but the cycling cost less.... the art of of the Mire iscooler though and since it's not an important card it doesn't really matter I guess
Depending on your meta you could also try a Gate to Phyrexia, just to try it out
I think Bone Shredder could also see some play, it can be sacrifice the way you want instead of paying the echo

Does Rakdos, Lord of Riots can give you free +1/+1 counters on a card like this one?
Like if I have Rakdos in play, then cast a lightning bolt to deal 3 damages to my opponent, then I pay only a green and a red mana without paying anything for the X, will this come into play with 3 +1/+1 counters?
