    If they make Avacyn into a card. It is almost certain that it would be a legendary because she is a mayor part of the flavor of Innistrad. I thought that in a article I read they said that characters who play a mayor part in the set are almost always legendary.

    I also don't see the problem because the fisrt set in the block would be called new phyrexia and it would take place on new Phyrexia. Just like it is now scars of mirrodin and it took place on mirrodin (witch later became New Phyrexia)
    So that still stands up to the theory of the planes name being the in the name of the first set of the block.
