    The background is good, but I feel like you should add more definition to the foreground. That would bring the myrs forward (their edges are a bit fuzzy, and they're blending into the background a bit), and make the piece look more complete/finished. On that note, you shouldn't define the background anymore; if you do, it'll come too far forward. It's quite good as it is Smile

    All of that's quite good Smile With everything you're doing, if you want to improve you should try looking at real things. Use posemaniacs.com, get your friends to model for you, take a figure drawing class or just look at reference books. The same goes for animals, even ones like dragons or pokemon, etc. that you can't actively look at reference shots of. Those, you should look at pictures of similar animals (lizards and things for dragons, and whatnot. Same for pokemon, just more the animals they're loosely based off of and then know anatomy to figure out where things go).

    Sorry if I sound overcritical or rant-y or anything, I have a bad habit of going on long explanationrants about things like that. I tried to stop myself ^^'
